ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! We ordered drinks which took 30-45 minutes to come and the server had a sense of entitlement and audacity to come and confront me about a zero tip. Tip is optional and based on the service I had received. Shitty shitty service, shitty server!!

I was just checking this place out after my co workers brought it up a bunch. Overall I think it was mediocre. I had one cocktail and I’m pretty sure the waitress made it like garbage thinking I wasn’t going to tip. Maybe look for something a little less mainstream unless big and loud is your thing or the mood you’re in.

We came on a Saturday! Great atmosphere! We had a very attentive server. The food was decent, but remember you’re at a “bar”. It was a bonus because they had a live dj that came on at 9PM. Only complaint was you have to walk out of the area to go use the bathroom.

A bit expensive in the grand scheme of things, but a wonderful time is sure to be had at this breezy mall bar and restaurant. You can't miss the Loco Moco, a local favorite blending of influences. The seasoned beef patty over rice would be largely uneventful if not for the sweet carmalized onions and two runny eggs covering the entire dish alongside green spring onions. Just imagine if Salsbury steak was actually good and someone put care into how it was served, highly recommended. Be wary of the strong yet sweet drinks if you're faint of heart, the Mai Tais are, as the name would suggest not to be missed, but don't let yourself be carried away, or lulled into a sense of security when you don't taste the alcohol. Don't sleep on the wonderful ginger beer based mules available on the menu though, the Moloka'i Mule in particular is a delightfully spicy and sour treat.

Zero stars!!! The service is really bad! We were sitting there for 30 minutes the server did not help us, we had to order our drinks from the bar. Poor shitty service!!! Even spoke to the manager who is just as bad as he does not care about customers! He just stand there instead of correcting the servers! Don't go here! Shitty shitty service! Been to high end cocktail bar not one of my experience was bad, shitty server! Snobby WAITRESS! The drinks are poor delivered! ZERO STARS

Loved happy hour! The drinks were great and good prices during happy hour. Onion rings were delish. Wish they hadn't run out of jalapeño poppers both times we were there. Service was great and the atmosphere was fun!

Got denied because we didn't possess a Real ID despite it not being in effect and also buying liquor with said ID that same day. Also the exact same ID we boarded our flight with. Music sounded good though.

Service not so good, ordered drinks and they made and sat at the bar for a while. Waitress did not ask how we wanted our burgers cooked. When eating out, it would be great if a restaurant could get the order correct (forgot our bacon) since they charge a small fortune.

Bartenders aren't friendly at all, they chat with eachother and take forever to get your drinks. Music sucks here too. The chicken wings are this places saving grace, horrible customer service- at least at the bar area.

For over $100 for 3 people for lunch our food should have been great. It was bad all around. We ordered two different kinds of burgers and the pupu teriyaki steak. The burgers were so salty we barely ate them and my husband asked for his to be cooked medium, it was well done. They looked like cafeteria burgers. My steak was over cooked and the rice that came with it had to have been days old. It was so dry. The Mac salad was smothered in mayonnaise. Only thing that was good was my sparkling water and my daughter’s virgin pina coloada. Will not be back.

If you are out of state and your ID is not registered for the "REAL ID" program, do not bother trying to come here. The owner is too ignorant to do a 5 second google search to understand what "Not for REAL ID purposes" means.

Really lousy food (pupu menu only) weak drinks & expensive. Went on a Wednesday pau hana, was crowded, service so-so. One exception- the coconut shrimp were excellent, but at $18 for 6 shrimp they'd better be! Maybe ok if you want a beer & loud music , but I Spent $60+ for a mediocre experience, will NOT be back
