Ambiance:
- Decor: Sat outside. Normal outside tables, nothing fancy.
- Noise Level: Low.
- Comfort: the place itself it's not very big but it has room enough for you to not feel on top of the table next to you. The chairs outside were comfortable, no complaints.

Service:
- Staff Friendliness: We did not have a reservation and the lady that received us was very nice and quickly took us to our table. The waitress was very pleasant and did her job. I can't say she went ivove and beyond but she did a solid job.
- Wait Time: Normal. About 10 minutes for appetizers and about 10 to 15 minutes after that for the main courses.

Food:
- Dishes Tried: Golden Calamari, Crispy Wonton for appetizers. Did not get a chance to take a picture of the appetizers.
Main Dishes were the Loco Moco (chiken), Thom Ka Soup (Ginger soup), and a side of jasmine rice.
- Taste: The Calamari was decent but a bit too chewed. The Wontons came out very burnt and the waitress said it was because of the oil they use but that shouldn't have made it out the kitchen with such horrible presentation. The Moco Loco was a bit too spicy for my liking about half into it (I normally enjoy spicy food), the soup was delicious and very creamy, however once it started to get cold - it started to taste a little too seasoned.
- Presentation: Below Average.
- Portions: Good size for one person.
- Value for Money: Fair. Went during happy hour and got the appetizers with happy hour pricing.

Drinks:
- Variety: Did not order any.
- Quality: N.A

Hygiene:
- Cleanliness of the Venue: seemed good.
- Staff Hygiene: Good.

Overall Experience:
- Best Part: The soup when eaten warm and the area where the restaurant is located.
- Worst Part: The presentation of the food.
- Recommendations: This restaurant is a great option for those craving Thai cuisine. While it may not offer a high-end experience, it does a commendable job of satisfying one's desire for delicious Thai food. I would suggest renovating the bathrooms and improving the layout of the entrance, as it currently appears cluttered. As a final touch, it would be beneficial to have someone inspect the plates before they leave the kitchen, as initial impressions hold great significance.

Inside seating was packed, so we opted to sit at the bar instead of sitting outside. The bartender, Chase was amazing! He took our orders and was courteous, professional & attentive! The food... the food hit the spot, it was fulfilling and delish! We're definitely coming back! And Chase, you're an asset to the establishment! ??

We sat outside in the high tables in the corner. It was perfect for us and it felt private because it was tucked away from the other tables. We ordered the Panang Chicken (mild) because I really enjoyed it the last time I dined here. My dining partner ordered the Tom Kha. Interestingly, I generally don't care for food that is tangy, but this soup is delicious! We also ordered the Mango Sorbet. It wasn't very tart, which I really appreciated since I do prefer sweet. Our server was attentive and we enjoyed our dining experience.

One of Honolulu's best Thai restaurants! Amazing Thai food, so many authentic dishes to choose from. Loved the fried rice and they were happy to prepare with brown rice - we were so appreciative. Servers were busy but very thoughtful and attentive. Eggplant dish and long bean dishes were tasty vegetable dishes.

This review is for Hannah who went above and beyond with her customer service ensuring my dietary restrictions were tended too even calling back to make sure she got my name right to make sure the cooks didn’t include ingredients that I was allergic to. She was extremely friendly and made my night.

The waitress was really good , very out going - however the man behind the bar was slow and we had to wait a long time for our drinks - he could move a little faster and deliver our drinks , there were only 2 waitress . Serving drinks faster could help increase sales at $15.00 a pop

We were here to celebrate my Dad's 65th birthday. Food was amazing!!! After we ordered, we kinda had a bit of a wait with just the appetizers but it did not disappoint once it all came. We ordered a bunch of food and I kid you not they all tasted great! My favorites were the sizzling basil with beef and the maile rolls. Please visit them! Highly recommend!

Very nice atmosphere, service, and DELICIOUS food!! They give large servings of food, so you can definitely share a meal or prepare to take half of your meal home.

Parking: Park across the street in the free mall garage.

Cozy hidden gem serving traditional and fusion Thai cuisine in the Ward Center, located next to Crazy Shirts and Alii Coffee. Free parking in the Ward Center in the back or across the street by Nordstrom Rack.

Daily Happy hour available from 4-6pm, with food specials and discounted drinks. Hidden bar is a gem when I want to watch a game during off peak hours??

Known for their Pork Jerky and their Thai Loco Moco, this is their second restaurant with the original in Hawaii Kai. Friendly bartenders that not only pour but mix drinks that are winners.... Iykyk. **for large parties of 5 or more I would recommend calling in reservations**

Food is great since if you want hot, spicy, mild or lao hot they can make it to your liking. The Pad thai is excelent through I usually order the fatter noodle Pad Ki Mao or the Glass Noodle Salad with Shrimp. Another top seller is their curries but I usually prefer the Stir Fry entrees. Rice is sold separately.

**note that there is a credit card surcharge like most places and a kitchen service fee. They could always hide the latter but i see many posts upset about it. I dont mind, supporting good food and local businesses when i can ??** 5 stars.

This is the best Thai restaurant in Honolulu, probably in all of Oahu. I have been to at least 7 different thai places at least and this is the best by far. Their food, everything is good. The Pad Thai, the Pad Ki Mao, the fried rice, spring rolls. MmmMmm the Penag curry is my favorite. The staff are friendly and have a nice synergy to them. A solid bar that is a fun spot most Friday and weekend nights. If you want good Thai food, don’t bother going anywhere else. They have two spots, Hawaii Kai and Ward village. Pick one and go! Warning…if you love spicy food, they have Thai hot and Mailie hot. Warning for even the most experienced spice lovers. Mailie hot is not for the weak.

Vegetarian options: Any rice or noodles dish can be made vegetarian. No eggs, no meat…tofu available etc. fish options too for Presbyterians.

Parking: There is a parking garage in the mall complex…4-5 levels plenty of space. But warning it has very low ceiling so no tall or lifted trucks!!! Currently has 1 Volta charging port for electric cars.

The food and cocktail I ordered were delicious but the whole experience eating here was quite disappointing. Very little client service/interaction.

As usual, Maile's was outstanding. The friendly, courteous, and efficient staff was on point. The food was fantastic and the overall experience was exceptional. For my wife, the vegan options are great.

Always our first choice for Thai. We've been enjoying Maile's for well over a decade and they always taste like love. The bar seats are just as great if there are no tables available
