We ordered loco moco and classical cheese burger, the beef patty in both are soooooooo dry and chewy, they are pre made for fast serving, but almost lost all beef flavor. The bbq baby rib is similarly dry. Surprisingly the fries are really good.
Makai Plantation at Honolulu Airport (Gates C) is where island vibes meet airport prices that make your wallet cry. The setting is actually pretty relaxing for a terminal, but the menu is a masterclass in daylight robbery. A beer costs as much as a six-pack and a glass of wine might as well come with a vineyard.

I am updating my review. The manager Adrian turned what was an unpleasant experience at first right around. We waited for help for about 15 minutes and no one came despite seeing us and tables after us getting served. I went to the bartender and she was the only one who said hello and asked how she could help right away. I let the manager know and he immediately apologized and helped us out.
