I am updating my review. The manager Adrian turned what was an unpleasant experience at first right around. We waited for help for about 15 minutes and no one came despite seeing us and tables after us getting served. I went to the bartender and she was the only one who said hello and asked how she could help right away. I let the manager know and he immediately apologized and helped us out. 9/11 Wednesday 12:30pm Party of 2. Had lunch before our flight. The restaurant is open seating with a QR code for ordering. However, the QR code was working for us so they manually took our order. Service was good and food was average. We had the Loco Moco and Grilled Mahi Mahi. The Mahi Mahi was a little fishy. Liked the pickled ginger and veggies on top. Loco Moco was ok but the Mac salad was not flavorful.
The food is good! I like the food. However, the service is pretty bad. No one told us to choose a table and sit down until I asked, and the server directly asked about the tip (whether I would like to pay 18%, 20%, or 22%). It's the first time I've seen a server that rude. So I finally told her that I think I can choose after she checks, and I only paid 13%.
