I cannot say enough amazing things about Lauren and Malama Meals . I am in the military and schedules are always changing. Lauren never fails to meet me halfway with my schedule and I am so grateful she makes eating healthy with an insane schedule possible. Tried going a week without my meal prep and signed back up 1 week later. Grateful for how she treats and respects customers time and business ! 🙏🏼
I signed up for a weekly subscription to provide meals for an older family member who could no longer cook for herself. The quality of the meals was excellent, including the vegetables that were always fresh and not overcooked. It was very nice to have the calorie, fat, carbs and sodium information, because she was on a restricted diet due to health concerns.
