We chose the guava flavor. They are delightfully spongy donuts with a flavored filling. Like a softer jam filled donut you may have eaten before. Coffee was alright, and the establishment is a little rough around around the edges. If you're in walking distance and want a sweet pick-me-up I would recommend!
Love that the malasadas are vegan, the fillings were really good. I've never had a malasada and was a little offput by the doughy consistency in the middle but overall it was good.
Next to various vehicle rental agencies near the Waikiki Monarch Hotel entrance is this coffee shop. Already feeling uneasy about the store’s quality, I’m informed an espresso is over $6 and I decline before leaving. Pastries didn’t look great but I showed up a little later in the morning. Feeling like a tourist trap and auto mechanic shop combined with their high price (for no reason) & storage boxes everywhere…I went into Waikiki for something better…
