Distinctly southern flavours, the broth is light in colour and lightly spiced. Their nuoc cham (on salads or bun bowls) has a sweet with a vinegary flavour profile. The restaurant itself is incredibly welcoming, clean, and spacious. The staff are friendly although not overly attentive. I stopped by to make take out order. But if you do not plan to take it home to eat, it is better not to order pho. It was almost impossible for me to eat out of a big pot of soup.
I also wish the portions were smaller because it also came with a high price.
I enjoyed the spring rolls. 2 rolls for $8.
Pho was $18. So… not cheap for a meal for 1 person.

Good food , good service . Did have one time I saw the tiniest eyelashes in multiple dishes . I might’ve mistaken them for mine if it wasn’t more than a couple .

Would I go back? absolutely. I don’t think the kitchen or the staff are dirty , just wanted to point out the mishap so they’re aware and customers can point out if they see it as well.

Hardworking team with friendly and helpful demeanor , and good food .
