Don't get deterred by the less than 4 stars reviews on Yelp coz this place could be a solid lunch spot for office workers! It's grab and go but I could tell the food was made fresh in the morning. Lots of variety from salads, soba noodles, sushi, poke, to hot food like salmon bento, shumai, buns, katsu bento, etc. you will find something you like here!
The shop is small since it's a grab and go. During lunch time I saw a lot of people keep coming in, fortunately there wasn't a line when I went. The cashier was pretty efficient and still friendly, greeting people with aloha. The shop was also clean. No seating inside but there's plenty outside in the plaza.
Best of all, the prices were so reasonable! I got a sushi combo with tuna inari, Korean kimbap, California maki roll, for only $5.99 plus tax. I split it into 2 meals so essentially I only spent $3 a meal! It's hard to find nowadays anywhere, let alone in Hawaii.
I think this can be my regular lunch spot with the quality, price and the variety that they offer.

Literally grab and go. I was surprised at the quality of the food, you watch them make it fresh if they’re busy or running low. I’ve never order anything, just grab the bento box and then I enjoy it in the beautiful outdoor seating courtyard. Sometimes there is live music! Great lunch place.

Good bentos and reasonable prices. Best to go here early or else everything will be gone. I went at around 12:30 and most of the good stuff were sold out. Only thing left were the poké and some salads.

Great seafood and a wonderful staff that is so filled with "ALOHA" to and for their customers...especially downtown workers.

Literally grab and go. I was surprised at the quality of the bento box and then I enjoyed it in the beautiful outdoor seating area between the two buildings nearby. Will return!

My spicy poke bowl had a lot of thick stringy sinew in them. They should've made tartar rather than serve this cut as poke. It wasn't a great meal.

Cheap, tasty, and easy to grab bentos/donburi. The business has measures to keep customers and patrons safer via hand sanitizer and a cashier covid barrier. Proper distancing does limit customers to only a couple inside at a time, so please be considerate if others are waiting in line.
Good Japanese food. Good for quick dash lunches. Prices are not so bad and the quantity is good enough.
Taste rice-bowl and good onigiri
Prices aren't bad. Preprepared poke 7 made to order poke 8.50. Still cheaper than the place across the street and imo taste better and you get more.
I bought a side dish, but it was delicious besides
