Better places down the road. We ordered the Nigiri platter and came back within the 25min wait. No problem, we ordered at the counter and expected to wait. We got home not even 5 minutes from the shop. The sushi was warm, it had a fishy smell to it and a weird texture. I will never order here again. Horrible quality for the price.

Stopped by to pick up sushi for lunch. Ordered the rainbow maki, a California hand roll and a spicy vegetable hand roll. The rainbow maki was definitely a mouthful. The rice was bland. No sushi rice flavor that I like. The hand rolls were better, and I enjoyed the spicy vegetable roll overall. Service was good and there are seats and tables for indoor eating. . No pictures taken.

Save your money and go buy your poke at Safeway or Off the Hook. My picky child who only likes Tamago nigiri insisted I purchased his lunch from here. $6 is such a rip off for some thin egg slices. Only 3 pieces! Also, is there a Nori Shortage? The amount of Nori used is laughable. Idk how people afford sushi here. Their outdoor menu has no prices, it forces you to go inside. Avoid.

Crunchdon is the best!!! I love the tempura with the poke! I always stop here when I'm in the Manoa area!

Today I bought 3 platters to give for Christmas and 1 for my family,so total 4... so disappointed. I'm embarrassed that I gave sushi that was subpar. I should have tried it first vs going by the reviews. The rice was dry and there was no flavor! They got a one for customer service.

their sushi is pretty good for the price. however, if you are in a rush, I wouldn't go here. they're a bit slow.if you have time to wait, the sushi is good for the price and proportions

I love Manoa Sushi! I used to always come here after school on Fridays. The dynamite sushi is my favorite, and it's so tasty and flavorful, with just the right amount of spice. The staff there is always fun and accommodating, and they make sure their sushi is always freshly served!

Sushi rice tasted plain. Ordered dragon roll. Tasted mushy and dry.

I bought a variety of hand rolls and hoso maki rolls for the family, spending about $40 worth. There was something for everyone, including our vegetarian and there was a decent amount of filling. But... the rice was hard. Too hard to eat and we ended up throwing away our half-eaten rolls. Sad and disappointing.

For a roll to be around $15 I expect way more toppings than rice. Not worth coming back, poor investment

Home in the wall spot in Manoa Valley. My go to is always the Crunch Don super yummy and crunchy with good ahi. Only tip is it could use a bit more sauce
