I'll miss their crepes. Received an email today that due to the pandemic Marion Crepes Shirokiya has decided to close and have moved on to a new venture. In the middle of October 2020, they will be opening Coco Bloom Kitchen, serving Japanese style sandwiches, salads and other healthy alternatives. Unfortunately, they will not be serving crepes anymore.

Not a huge crepes fan so probably should’ve skipped this stop. It was ok. I would rather go to an ice cream shop and eat out of a waffle cone. The crepe was sweet and thin and soft like it should be. I was not impressed by the 1 scoop of ice cream and more whip cream than anything else. We got the rocky road sundae. There are other options with fruit but for the price it was eh.

This is the place to get Japanese crepes at it's finest, outside of Japan. My friend Jenn and I got some while hanging out at Ala Moana Mall in the Japan Shirokiya Village Walk. Their hats were really cute! I had what they call... the Japanese special! It was #25 on the menu. Delicious!

Located in the Shirokiya Japan Village Walk in Ala Moana, this is a great place to get dessert after having lunch or dinner! They have a huge menu and you can customize your crepe however you see fit. I ended up getting the Japanese Special which comes with azuki beans, whipped cream, green tea ice cream, strawberries, mochi. It was very good! It was also huge so if your super full, I wouldn't recommend getting this. It's perfect for two but sharing a crepe in your hand is pretty hard... Would get again!

The idea seems great. The contents of the crepe can be better and contain larger quantities. I was a little disappointed when I was expecting a creamy ice cream, but it contained whip cream in the bottom, some blue berry preserve, a slice of cheese cake and a scoop of ice cream.

This is located in Shirokiya, a Japanese food court at the bottom level of Ala Moana. It is across foodland. They have a big parking but most of the time is full and packed. I recommend going there like before lunch and dinner might be busy too. Food- 10/10 I always loved savory crepes, i believe it is better then the sweet one. They offer a lot of options and good variety to choose from. The price can be pricey, but it's depend on what you order tho. I don't need to eat a lot to feel full and after eating this I'm fully satisfied and low key stuffed lol. The store have a lot of people in like if you come at night but they are very efficient, they are in a fast past 24/7. They make the crepes quick and make it really presentable for customer. The chicken crepe is my favorite big time, I like it a lot but I won't get it all the time because if I do I'm goin go broke. Customer service 7/10 I have to wait for 15min to get to order my food when there's no one in front of me which is WHAT? But I guess they were just busy but there's no one else is in line or ordered crepe. I don't really get it lol. It's all good tho cause the crepe is really good I don't really care for the wait if the food is worth it. Over all this is someone different in shirokiya, shirokiya they sold manly ramen and udon and all Japanese food. This crepe shop is delicious and different.

Located in Shirokiya this place offers lots of different crepes! You can get savory or sweet dessert crepes. The popular thing about this place is the way they wrap your crepe up and stuff it with goodies, so you can walk around and eat it while holding it up. I tried their strawberry on shortcake crepe. They only make 15 orders per day. It comes topped with giant fresh strawberries and powdered sugar. Stuffed inside is a whipped cream, ice cream of your choice, you can choose between vanilla, green tea, or chocolate (I chose vanilla) shortcake, more thinner sliced strawberries and small pieces of cheese cake. I loved the topping and the inside of the crepe. The crepe itself was underwhelming. It wasn't the best. I mostly ate the inside and just had a few bites of the crepe itself. You can definitely share one between two people. The concept is fun and there are so many flavor choices to choose from. They offer military discount as well. The cost $11.31 with the discount. For a dessert pretty pricey but definitely worth trying.

Love the crepes selection this shop has, my favorite is the Matcha Misu - azuki beans, mochi balls, butter creme cake and handmade whip cream is absolutely delicious and can brighten up anyone's day. The booth is located inside Shirokiya Japanese Market which has a wide variety of food options from Japanese Cuisine to Local plates. If you love crepes, this one is worth a try!

My kids really love crepes so we visited Marion since a kind lady who we met in hotel recommend this place for crepes. We ordered a strawberry crepe & a strawberry cheesecake crepe. When crepes came out, i was not there for ordering some other foods and my kids received them. And they said they cannot figure out which one is with cheesecake. I took one to the girl who got my order and she said she forgot to put cheesecake. I'd been thought it could happen till then. They put a cheesecake on my son's crepe and i came back to my seat. And finally i realized was, wow, there were not any strawberry in both of two. HAHA!!! I ORDERED STRAWBERRY PANCAKE & STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE PANCAKE, BUT THERE WAS NO STRAWBERRY AND NO CHEESECAKE!!!!WHAT DID THEY MAKE AT ALL????? The only thing we can have was chocolate icecream and blueberries which we added as additional toppings with extra money. even my 8 yr daughter knew something's wrong. You should be shame on you, Mell&Tiffany! I believe i'm usually generous for the service but today was the worst experience i had ever met in us. I'm definitely sure of myself it was 100% riculous racism thing. I told my complaint to them and they just said sorry with a blak look. We were a bit disappointed after trying this place with all the raving reviews! 1. The wait was sooo long! Even taking the orders took forever! 2. Overpriced for what we got. 3. They didn't have the combination we wanted. They only had our combination with ice cream and we didn't want ice cream. 4. The ingredients were poorly distributed! I mean, the cream off to one side, the chocolate in another, the banana in another. If you visit other Japanese style crepe shops, they're typically strategically, evenly distributed, so each bite, you have a little bit of something. We do not recommend, but I guess if you've never had these crepes before and then you should definitely try. If you've had awesome ones before and you love these, then you'll be disappointed.
Interesting idea and worth a try if you like crepes, but I'm not sure I really enjoyed it. I tried the MATCHAMISU, but didn't love it. I might go back just to try a savory crepe someday.

They have sweet and savory crepe, made fresh on the spot. Average price US$10 per crepe, but with the amount of ingredients they put in it, well worth the money. I’ll definitely go back for more!
