Unfortunately, my partner and I both came down with food poisoning after eating here. I’m fairly certain it was the katsu chicken, as we both got different entrees.

I've been to Hawaii twice, and I've eaten here 11 times. It's the best udon I've ever had. The portions are well sized and there are several options and sides. The staff is incredibly hospitable. The price is fair for the quality and amount of food. I will be coming back every time I visit this beautiful island.Parking: Paid parking is around the area, but not directly where the restaurant isWheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible, it's on the ground floor
Waikiki loves queues down the street.. this place I think is amazing in the way they are so efficient in getting people in, ordering, eating and out.. I love that side of it, was really interesting. And its much better priced than other options nearby. The food however is pretty average japanese food.. I felt a bit crook afterwards as did my son.. its fine.. but think of this more as food hall quality japanese.. well priced.

Loved every bit of it. Amazing noodles, quick service, excellent value. Come at off-hours, or expect a line (it does move quick).I already miss the fresh Udon noodles :(

Great value for lunch, with big portions. However, the crab tempura was made with imitation crab, and I’m not the biggest fan of the caramelized onions in the udon

-- Curry beef soup and tofu soup just ok. But tofu so sweet. My mouth felt weird after eating, it seems they used msg.-- The place so crowded, not comfortable to enjoy foods.
Recognized as a cost-effective restaurant. It tastes just like the one I had in Japan.Even though I went around 8pm, the line stretched all the way to the crosswalk, but I was able to eat after waiting for about 30 minutes.

AMAZING udon. Prepared fresh by the chefs in the main room.My favorite is the Curry Nikutama, full of umami without being too heavy. Don’t forget to add green onion and tempura flakes!Lines can take 2hrs so I recommend taking out, which gets ready in less than 10min usually.
