i came into the restaurant to eat, we were not even acknowledged i had to ask for seating, i then was not told how to order so i tried to use their code on the table and the manager lisa (server 5436 lisa) had the most unfriendly attitude she proceeded to get upset that i had gotten up to grab a drink from the bar. mind you i already placed my order and my boyfriend was paying for our drinks separately. the bartender erika (476359) then chimed in and started to get upset when i stated “no one had told me how to order and i still plan on sitting” they then proceeded to yell at me and i said “i am still sitting down i just was grabbing my drink” they then said “have you ever been to a restaurant?” acting as if it was out of the ordinary to grab a drink from the bar and when i said i have and have done this a million times she threatened to call the cops.. mind you no yelling happened, no foul words exchanged, and no attitude on my end. their behavior was completely unacceptable and entirely unreasonable for someone getting up from their table i have moved a table without telling a server before and as much as that can be frustrating for a server there was no reason that kind of behavior or attitude was acceptable

For the price, the food was mediocre. The steak on my salad had no taste and was very chewy. The avocado wrap was outstanding, the fries were stale. Again, for the price food should have been fresher in my opinion. Our server did great. We were told to use the app, but half of the stuff we tried to order was on it.

The good is good but it’s it busy & so there is a lot of activity all around you. Not a relaxing meal at airport. I sat by the entrance & there was confusion about waiting to be seated & seating yourself. People waited in line while others just walked I. So, I unfortunately, heard a lot of grumbling & complaintsYou order food & pay on an app & food is brought to you by a waitress

First timers here! No wait time... place was packed ! luckily we got seats immediately! Tony our waiter was on it! Food was fresh.. quality excellent! the Ahi salad was tasty and so refreshing! Their signature burger was huge ! you could the char grilled flavor!

Don't eat the loco moco for $22.99. The hamburger patty is rubbery and the gravy has no taste. Had to use ketchup and Tabasco to make it edible.

Excellent service and the food is absolutely great. I recommend trying the shrimp tempura because it is the best. I ordered the Hawaiian hot dog and my coworkers ordered the garlic ramen. Absolutely super! Unfortunately they are located at the airport in the secure side so arrive super early for your inter island flight and you will have time to try this restaurant in the middle of the Mauka Terminal.

This seems to be the only sit down restaurant in the Hawaiian airlines terminal. I was actually surprised how good my poke rice bowl is. I guess when you're in Hawaii, you cannot get bad food. When I came in, they were pretty busy, so it took a while to order my food as well as pay my bill at the end. It's totally understandable, though, they are only human and life gets busy. The waitresses were super friendly and it totally made up for the delay. That is the only reason for the four stars.

My husband and I came in here for a quick bite before our flight to New York and we had a fantastic meal. This is not what you would expect at the airport! We had terrific service from a nice woman who helped us quickly get our food. I ordered the fish dish which was outstanding - as good as I would expect to get at Roy's or fine dining in Honolulu. My husband got an avocado wrap with fries that was also very tasty. What a great place to grab a meal before your flight on Hawaiian Airlines and Honolulu!

Hawaiian Airlines's first class lounge didn't offer the meals so I was looking for a place before the boarding. This was my first loco moco. I loved it.

Located at the Honolulu airport just inside the gates, Mauka Market is actually a very nice restaurant. The wait for a table was about 10 minutes for us, and our waitress was extremely helpful telling us immediately that the wait time on food is about 20 minutes, just to give you an idea whether you have time or not to grab something to eat. We ordered drinks, and the drinks were at the table within 3 minutes. The burger came in about 10 minutes. The seasoned fries are a bit spicy ....just be warned. There's a couple of negative reviews for the servers, but that was not my experience. The server was very kind and helpful. The only real downside is the burger was $23. With two cokes and tip, it's over $40 dollars splitting a burger. YMMV but I was happy with the experience.
