Always a pleasure to sample something from the menu. I try not to have the same thing every time.
If possible, he appreciates it when you pay with $1 bills because he sometimes runs out when people pay with 10s or 20s.
Food was delicious! We ordered the chicken and steak tacos and both were amazing. Would recommend the salsas as well.

We were staying at The Ala Moana Hotel across the road and spotted this little, tiny food trailer from our balcony. A bit of late night curiosity (and hunger) had us wondering down to check it out.
These were the most amazing tacos we have had in our lives! The flavours were spot on and the ingredients FRESH! We were in Hawaii for 72 hours prior to a Transpacific Cruise and this was the BEST food in terms of Quality, Taste and Price while we were there!

I had a terrible experience, there was a man serving me and immediately started to make up excuses to not serve me, i felt very discriminated because im a person of color, and then proceeded to tell me i don’t live here when i do, i also asked him a question and he started to raise his voice at me and yell. i wouldn’t come here again because of the lack of respect. He’s overall just a racist person and i would not recommend coming here.

Really good no frills Mexican food, cash only, the guy is really nice. I got the burrito and quesadilla, both were great. He has homemade green sauce and red sauce, as well as limes and cilantro up front. As close as you'll get to socal Mexican food in Hawaii. Will be back!!
So delicious I had to come back twice, including the night I flew out haha. I love the birria ones the best! The toscadas and tacos were my favourite!

Solid Mexican food. I've had a fair share of Mexican food including street food in Mexico city. Mayita's grill makes great Mexican dishes and Birria Quesadilla I ordered was delicious. I would recommend take out as the area where this is situated (it's just a small kitchen attached to a pickup truck) can be a bit sketchy, especially after sunset.
