Same as ever the works there just don't know how to satisfy to satisfy there customers that's why they always getting problems.

Food wise it is your typical McDonalds. Ate here once and the food prep was fine. it is in the middle of an open market area so a lot of foot traffic. Most of the available seating is upstairs. It is also downtown so it closes quite early which this area then appears to become a homeless hangout.

We ordered the $3.50 bundle (double cheeseburger and fries) and it was hot and so tasty. We also ordered a unique item called the Haupia Pie. That cost $1.69. It was different. I ordered it once. We went to this location twice. It was beside Walmart and Ross. There is limited seating downstairs and more seating upstairs. The view is of the Aloha tower upstairs and there is some nice Hawaii murals upstairs with a picture of the Aloha tower. The first time we went was excellent but the next time there was a very strong terrible odor! But it may have been from some people in the restaurant.

If you are in a hurry and want to eat some McDonalds, this will work. The menu has expanded but the classics are still here.

First impression this place reminds me of the mcdonalds at airports. Most of the floor is dedicated to the register and the food prep area and the rest has a limited amount of seating. Because of how this restaurant is set up, this place can get pretty cramped during the busier times. Based on that, I figured that it was mostly for take out. Later I was told that there is actually a seating area on the second floor which is only available through a set of cramped stairs. I haven't been up there since the only times I've been there is when this restaurant is about to close. But from what I've been told, a lot of homeless tend to go up there. In terms of food, it's the standard Mcdonalds menu with the local spam, eggs and rice breakfasts available. The service is just ok and most of the time they just want to take your order and not answer any questions. Overall, this place is pretty good considering the location.

Food is fine but service is horrible & extremely slow. Stop only when I don't have time to go somewhere else or restaurants around it are all very busy. Also be sure you ask for everything you may need of taking out: napkins, utensils, condiments,straw,etc. Or you will be w/o.!!

I am traveling with my 2 daughters (3 & 5 years old), and they love McDonald’s, we visit McD every where when we find one while we are traveling. Today, I had the most disgusting and terrible experience. We ordered the food and sat down on the table, and then my 3yrs old wants to go to washroom. Because I didn’t see there was any sign for washroom, so I’ve asked one of the staff where is the washroom located, then she told me in an unpleasant manner that they don’t have a was
