Medium sized fries is a damn kids size.. this is the only McDonald's I've been to pulling this crap. Hopefully for $5 for this crap they are atleast paying the employees a living wage.

Horribly slow service. Ended up backing out of the drive thru and switching to counter pickup for our mobile order. Was there 20 minutes (for literally just 1 large drink) and only two cars got through. Don’t come here expecting to get through quickly like at other nearby locations

I drive up to the drive thru cos it's hot & I don't wanna get out. We're like one care behind the car at the order windows. Thinking ah, that's not too bad. Wrong, we were at a stand still. NO MOVEMENT. So I figured I was just going to walk in. Maybe I just came at a bad time, but walking in was worse. The line had about 6 people & nobody was serviced. Workers had their backs to us just standing there, almost ignoring the rush. It was crazy, I left & went somewhere else. Terrible customer service.

We waited 45 minutes in line just for a spicy chicken sandwich combo when we finally got to the window the cashier didn't even say anything no eye contact talking Filipino to the other workers and then she told me my total overall my experience there wasn't nice to top it off the cashier didn't even say thank you what customer service she had was none this was at the McDonalds on dillingham

Needs remodeled. The food wasn't too bad, but why so much ketchup? There should be a "less" button. They made my cheeseburger minus the meat correctly. The fries were good and cookies fresh. Employees were friendly.

I have never had worse service. I was the only customer at the counter and got nothing but attitude and incompetence. I honestly think the employee was deliberately acting confused as some kind of joke. Even though I had already paid for my food, I walked out. Will never go back.
