DO NOT LET THE TWO FLOOR MCDONALD’S TRICK YOU. Ok, this seems weird, but I’m being serious. I get here, and me and my dad order on the kiosk. The order goes like usual, and we get seated at the 2nd floor. Two minutes, nothing. Four minutes, nothing. Six minutes, we start questioning why we came here because the Waikele location is usually four minutes. Ten minutes in, one of the employees come to our table and asks what we ordered. It was almost like they “forgot” what we ordered. Eventually they took our receipt, then our food came two minutes later. It may seem like I’m overreacting to a couple minute difference, but I’m just basing it off of how long it takes at other locations, which is usually 2-4 minutes. They also weren’t that busy. May come back again.
Also the armchairs were disgusting.

Although it took a bit for someone to take my otder in drive thru it was worth it. This mcds is corporate so u can't go wrong on the price!! I paid WAY LESS than I would've at a franchise .

Expectations are never high for McDonald’s but this one consistently messes up my order, and when you tell them you have a coupon multiple times and they still charge you full price and their solution is to just give you extra instead of a refund

Up stairs the tables need to be wipe down or clean… I was there for 1 hour still no one came for cleaning upstairs when I was eating on other 1 clean table 😔

We ordered 10 nuggets, a Spicy Crispy Chicken, and a hamburger — but it took 25 minutes to get our food. After waiting so long, we ended up going to the counter to pick it up ourselves, since it clearly wasn’t coming to the table. The nuggets and burger were okay, but the “Spicy Crispy Chicken” wasn’t crispy at all. Overall, slow service and disappointing experience for McDonald’s.

Horribly slow service. Ended up backing out of the drive thru and switching to counter pickup for our mobile order. Was there 20 minutes (for literally just 1 large drink) and only two cars got through. Don’t come here expecting to get through quickly like at other nearby locations

I drive up to the drive thru cos it's hot & I don't wanna get out. We're like one care behind the car at the order windows. Thinking ah, that's not too bad. Wrong, we were at a stand still. NO MOVEMENT. So I figured I was just going to walk in. Maybe I just came at a bad time, but walking in was worse. The line had about 6 people & nobody was serviced. Workers had their backs to us just standing there, almost ignoring the rush. It was crazy, I left & went somewhere else. Terrible customer service.
