There was an asian lady in her 40s or 50s wearing a hoodie so there wasn’t a name tag and doing the drive thru customer service with very unprofessional and bad service. She constantly kept on being hostile and repeating through the mic “you didn’t wanna say anything” when I asked her politely to give me a moment because my Mcdonalds app was giving me errors to redeem my filet o fish. Please tell her to get off the drive thru if she’s gonna act like somebody’s mom and seems like she doesn’t want to work with a good attitude. No one should be receiving that type of customer service when they’re just trying to get some dinner after a long shift. Thank you.

Despicable slow service. Drive thru had a horrible long line. Went inside. There was no line at the counter. Doesn't matter. I waited 20 minutes to order 2 quarter pounders. Then another 7 minutes for order. Almost 30 minutes to get 2 quarter pounders. Sad.

The world’s slowest McDonalds. Not sure why but drive thru took 15 minutes. Not exactly fast food!
Not crowded and you can eat in peace. The prices are reasonable - hard to beat these days. The store is reasonably clean, and the service is pretty good.
Lunch for my niece in Honolulu, Hawaii...I saw that the annual Halloween buckets just arrived, so I went to the nearest McDonald's to get a Happy Meal. This location on Nimitz Highway is easy to spot. It has a drive-through and is two-stories tall. I entered the relatively clean restaurant, stood in the pleasantly air-conditioned environment, and ordered on the app.The Happy Meal comes with two small sides. I selected the sliced apples as the other side to the extra small French Fries. Even though the app makes the customer choose a beverage, an empty cup is given - so the customer fills the cup with whatever soft drink anyway. I didn't know what kind of sauce my niece wanted with her Chicken McNuggets - she said she was fine with anything. I also didn't know that she preferred Sprite. Oh, well... now I know!...and she let me keep the green Halloween bucket! LOL! Other locations will have the orange, white, or purple buckets - for trick-or-treating... or knick knacks! Have a safe and fun holiday season!

stopped by for lunch at mcdonald’s. we decided to go in to the store, however the wait time was a little longer than usual. a worker informed us that drive through would have been faster, so perhaps drive through if you are visiting. the food was good though and the facility was pretty clean. :)
