I usually don’t leave reviews, but I felt this needed to be shared. Every time we visited this McDonald’s, while on vacation the workers seem upset or irritated, even when I’m just asking for simple things like condiments. The atmosphere feels tense, and there’s often loud yelling in the back among the employees, which makes the experience uncomfortable as a customer. It took about 20 minutes to get our order.
When Workers are cleaning up tables or emptying out trashes they are violently doing it because they seem irritated.. as we are sitting there. Three families picked up and left due to their POOR customer service.! Never coming back here again Also, this location doesn’t even have restrooms available, which is extremely inconvenient.
I hope management can address these issues because this location has potential, but the customer service and overall environment really need improvement.

I waited so loooooong for my food( about 30 mins) , there were no public washrooms, they forgot to give me my fries, sauses, toys, and burger!!!!!!! I was quite disappointed when I found out their only original Hawaiian item on the menu was OUT OF STOCK!!!! Well some of the people worked hard, others were smiling at each other and laughing and playing GAMES, yes games! AND, most of the good,tasty, scrumptious items were also OUT OF STOCK. I don't know if I'm going to visit this McDonald's again. If you guys had faster service I may have giving y'all a better review.
Loved using the automated menu ordering and the fast service. Nice and clean. My granddaughter loved the meal with the Portuguese sausage. We visited this place twice.

Literally just need to post this as food safety is literally not there. I saw cockroaches in the Macdonalds that literally means their restaurant is infested with it. Someone really needs to check it. Food was good for the rest.
