Marie is giving 100% greeting everyone when they come to the counter teaching them how to use the kiosk showing so much aloha this McDonald's is overwhelming busy but she doesn't miss a Beat corporate would be proud my name is Bruce Hensley I am Mr grateful never leaving Waikiki Hawaii

Came in to pick up my mobile order. Waited for over 30 minutes, no exaggeration. Eventually managed to get a hold of one of the employees to ask where my food was.

Employee turns around and grabs a bag from the kitchen area - apparently my order had been ready for a while, but none of the workers had actually brought it to the front. Obviously everything was cold and the fries were soggy. No offer to get a new batch of fries or even an apology.

To add the cherry on top, they had made the order incorrectly (ordered no mayo, had mayo on everything). Ridiculous experience. Shame!

Staff would not even acknowledge me at the counter. Told the homeless guy he needed to have a number to pick up an order and laughed when the h Homeless man walked out with another patrons meal. Refused to remake the stolen meal

I used the app and came to this restaurant every morning for breakfast during my hotel stay a couple blocks over. It was always busy and could’ve benefitted from the order update screen being in working condition. With language barriers (I saw a lot) so many people just huddle around and shove their phone in the employees’ faces looking for an update on their order.

I order from the app to pick up here on s regular basis. Since I am not physically in the restaurant when I order, it would be nice to be be able to see the status of my order. There is a monitor facing the lobby that is supposed to show this, however, at this restaurant it has not worked for months. Today I asked when it will be fixed and someone who works here told me that it never will be fixed!!! Why not? Every McDonald's that I have been in has a monitor that works except for this one. Quit being cheap and fix it.

Bad service. Ordered through app. I saw they put food(bif mac, fries and quarter pounder) in packet with my order number then removwd from there to nother packet. After waiting for a long time when inquired for update said they are still working on the order. We thought may be they are still preparing.... But when served got cold patty... Highly frustrating...
