Way better customer service than kahala. Worth the couple extra minute drive to have our food fresh and treated like a customer should be. Also another big up is prices are a whole lot cheaper than kahala.

I mean, it's McDonald's. Palolo McDonald's. The restroom is broken as often as the ice cream machine. The menu screens are ruined. The staff is friendly enough but often incompetent. You'll get no ketchup or napkins more often than you'll get any without requesting it. It's a poor example of an already sub par chain

It's cold in there, did I talk about the $5 meal? Yup I ordered it. 4 mcnuggets, mcchicken small fries and small drink. I dined in so the size of drink was not an issue. It was just right fire lunch with some variety.
