This lady named Elizabeth took our order and first, did not give a receipt. Secondly, she gave bad costumer service as she gave my friend and I attitude. We both waited over 30 minutes to receive our food. Additionally, we complained twice, asking for our food once and got told we needed to wait. However, we had told them we waited 30 minutes already. We had to ask again for our food to the manager as we were already waiting more than we should. Why should we have to complain twice to receive the food that we paid for? We may have been treated such a way because we are teenagers. Regardless, this should not be happening towards anyone. This behavior is immature and unacceptable, please do better on training your employees.

Only two people in line for the drive-thru….. was told I needed to wait for my two items in the front of drive thru…. At this point multiple cars came through the drive thru and were going through just fine, I ended up waiting 15 mins
Went inside and they didn’t even have my order in process, lost the receipt smh.

Stopped by McDonald’s and it was exactly what I needed. Fast service, clean environment, and the food was fresh and delicious. The fries were crispy, the Big Mac was perfect as always, and the staff was friendly and efficient. I ordered through the app and everything was ready when I arrived — super convenient. A reliable spot for a quick and tasty bite!

This was one of the most disappointing fast food experiences I’ve had in a long time. I pulled through the drive-thru, and the guy at the window clearly couldn’t care less. No greeting, no eye contact—just handed me my drink and bag with zero effort, then walked away without a word. Like I was an inconvenience for showing up.
I parked in front of the store to check my food, and sure enough—half-filled, cold, soggy fries. At 10 PM, with only me and a motorcyclist in the drive-thru, there’s no excuse for that. It’s not like the store was slammed.
I went inside expecting a quick fix. Instead, I was met by a short Filipino girl at the counter who told me I should’ve asked for hot, fresh fries. Are you serious? Since when is it the customer’s job to ask for food to be fresh? That’s just called doing your job. The fries were obviously sitting under the warmer forever—and I could see the pile just sitting there, getting staler by the minute.
No apology. No accountability. Just deflection and attitude. And the worst part? They acted like I was the problem for expecting basic quality.
This kind of service is lazy and embarrassing. If your staff can’t handle serving decent food or showing a shred of respect to paying customers, they shouldn’t be working the night shift—or at all. Do better.

The hostess was super nice. She took my trash away and later came to my table to refill my coffee. I know it is difficult to keep the men's restroom clean with people who don't care about others. I don't want to see private security at the restaurant but some already have them on the mainland.
Vegetarian options: How about creating a McSalad or baked McPotato.
