We frequent this McDonald's as it is close but, it is terrible. 8 out of 10 times they will not give you everything that you order. I am very bad about not checking things before I leave and I find out when I get home.... Last month, they forgot to give us a filet of fish sandwich and today, they did not give us 2 apple pies. I believe it is time for new management at this location!😡
TERRIBLE customer service!!!!!! They are always out of so many things. I don't know who does the ordering but this McDonalds does not have it together.
The only reason why we would go to this location is because of the indoor playland, but seeing how the last three times we have gone the playland is so dirty and not well sanitized that we have decided along with the terrible service, quality of food, the amount of wrong orders we have received and the lack of product knowledge...read full review
