Where do I even start? I’ve been coming here for 16 years, my whole life! This McDonalds is seriously falling apart. They are short staffed, thus it is busy every single day. If you want your food it will take 30 min - 1 hour. Even if you order online! Today I came in to get some breakfast, and we decided to get curbside pickup, thinking it would be faster to go inside. Thought wrong! It took 30 minutes for our order. And to add on top of it they couldn’t get the frappe machine working on the day I decide to get a frappe. That is because there were 2 regular workers, 2 managers, and 1 dining person. No cashier at all! That day had 2 people in line and about 5 people waiting for their orders, plus the driver thru, plus the people in the dining room. It was taking so long we ended up going inside to wait for it there! Never go to this McDonald’s. There are many other places in Moanalua to eat for breakfast that would be much faster!

Tried to get a milkshake, but as usual, they’re not available! Now I’m stuck in the drive thru, which is particularly slow. I don’t understand how a HUGE organization like McDonald’s can’t figure out how to make a milkshake reliably.

Hubby and I decided to try the Grinch special but were disappointed. I ordered thru my phone app. We could barely hear the staff working at the window. It seems like he doesn’t want to be working there. The drive thru took forever. We waited about 10 minutes before we got to the window and another 10 minutes plus to get our food. The fries 🍟 had no flavor and no taste at all. I got a large fried but it was half full. I did not get the shaker bag with the Grinch salt 🧂. The soda was flat. The McRibs and double cheeseburger (2) was a little warm. I am not sure how long ago it was made. There were about 8 cars backed up from what I saw when we left.

Did a mobile order for 2 meals and waited for 20 minutes for my food to be delivered to the parking lot like I chose on the app. They didnt show. I walked in and there was no one at the front counter for a few minutes. Once I was able to get their attention, they worked on my order, which wasn't even on their screen. They assembled my order a few minutes later. Total wait time almost 30 minutes. No apology, no compensation.

• Food is bland and very inconsistent. • You will routinely have to pull into a waiting stall. • Order is more often than not incorrect. Zero quality control at this location.
Take the 5 additional minutes, depending on where you’re coming from, and go to the McDonald’s on Salt Lake Blvd. The McDonald’s on Salt Lake is always consistent, drive thru is fluid, and your order will always be correct.

Honestly, I come here quite regularly because my daughter loves the playground, but I can’t stand this McDonalds. Everytime I walk inside it’s dirty, crowded, and there isn’t a single employee at the register, ever. No matter how many people start piling up at the front counter, not a single employee will acknowledge you.
They constantly mess up orders, forget items, give you the wrong item, and are just incredibly slow. It’s sad. Just as sad as every employee in the building looks at all times.
Even the drive-thru is an awful experience. I have been trapped for 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told to park out front and wait longer after paying at the window.
I honestly hate this place and would never come back if my daughter didn’t love the playground.

There were improvements to the cleanliness of this particular McDonald's. There was consistent cleaning throughout our 1 hour visit. The duo went around the restaurant, keeping up with their cleaning chores.

The food is mediocre for mcdonalds. It's the horrible service that annoys me about this location. When did basic customer service go out of style?? They continuously get my orders wrong and the workers have terrible attitudes. They never do greet you, they never show appreciation for your business and look like they're held against their will by being there. They act like the customers are disturbing their free time at work. Don't waste your time and money here.

Slow service. Ordered breakfast at 10:01 am. Was not busy at all, only one other car parked to wait. Then sat for 16 minutes waiting on our two breakfast sandwiches. Just don’t go if in a hurry.
