Worst Service ever! DRIVE THROUGH ORDER. 25 MINUTES SITTING IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.

Did a mobile order for 2 meals and waited for 20 minutes for my food to be delivered to the parking lot like I chose on the app. They didnt show. I walked in and there was no one at the front counter for a few minutes. Once I was able to get their attention, they worked on my order, which wasn't even on their screen. They assembled my order a few minutes later. Total wait time almost 30 minutes. No apology, no compensation.

Ordered and watched the lady make my tray 3 times and put everything back 3 times before I actually received my food. Also watched an employee argue with another customer for about 5 minutes. Super slow and unorganized.

• Food is bland and very inconsistent. • You will routinely have to pull into a waiting stall. • Order is more often than not incorrect. Zero quality control at this location.
Take the 5 additional minutes, depending on where you’re coming from, and go to the McDonald’s on Salt Lake Blvd. The McDonald’s on Salt Lake is always consistent, drive thru is fluid, and your order will always be correct.

Honestly, I come here quite regularly because my daughter loves the playground, but I can’t stand this McDonalds. Everytime I walk inside it’s dirty, crowded, and there isn’t a single employee at the register, ever. No matter how many people start piling up at the front counter, not a single employee will acknowledge you.
They constantly mess up orders, forget items, give you the wrong item, and are just incredibly slow. It’s sad. Just as sad as every employee in the building looks at all times.
Even the drive-thru is an awful experience. I have been trapped for 20 minutes in the drive-thru only to be told to park out front and wait longer after paying at the window.
I honestly hate this place and would never come back if my daughter didn’t love the playground.

There were improvements to the cleanliness of this particular McDonald's. There was consistent cleaning throughout our 1 hour visit. The duo went around the restaurant, keeping up with their cleaning chores.

The food is mediocre for mcdonalds. It's the horrible service that annoys me about this location. When did basic customer service go out of style?? They continuously get my orders wrong and the workers have terrible attitudes. They never do greet you, they never show appreciation for your business and look like they're held against their will by being there. They act like the customers are disturbing their free time at work. Don't waste your time and money here.
You have to wait soooo long for them to make a simple burger. Pulled up outside, everytime I have to wait 30-45 minutes, even when it’s not busy. Kinda crazy ngl

Slow service. Ordered breakfast at 10:01 am. Was not busy at all, only one other car parked to wait. Then sat for 16 minutes waiting on our two breakfast sandwiches. Just don’t go if in a hurry.

When it comes to McDonald’s, our expectations typically are low. Boy, oh boy was I wrong. When I thought McDonald’s service was bad, I didn’t know it could get worst. For context, I used to work at McDonald’s, so I do have compassion for the workers. The bad rating comes primarily from the quality of the food. I ordered a double cheese burger, and there was nothing double about the burger itself. They only got the cheese right, nothing else. Secondly, I understand places get busy and you try your best, but we waited 30+ minutes for our order.
