Regrettably, my experience at this particular McDonald's falls far short of even the most basic expectations. Despite repeated visits, the service consistently fails to meet acceptable standards, characterized by prolonged wait times and frequent inaccuracies in order fulfillment. Furthermore, it appears that the establishment prioritizes drive-thru patrons at the expense of in-store customers, resulting in neglect and disregard for those who choose to dine in. Such operational shortcomings not only undermine the brand's reputation but also detract from the overall customer experience. As such, I cannot in good conscience recommend patronizing this location, as it fails to uphold the standards of efficiency and quality synonymous with the McDonald's brand.

It's just your average Hawaii McDonald's. The only thing weird is you can only order to go from the kiosks probably because they didn't have any trays. Otherwise it was nice and clean in this mcdonalds.

This was the worst restaurant I've ever been to, let alone McDonald's. I was waiting for them to hand me my food for 10 minutes that was on the counter and was ignored by 5 employees. After eventually getting my food, I asked for mayo and tartar sauce, 5 minutes later I get mayo and a 4pc mcnugget box of muster. All my food was cold and gross by the time I got to it. Ive black listed this location permanently and I work nearby.

I will not go back here. Ordered a number 7.2 chs burgers, fries and a drink. (Medium size)Also a 6 pc chicken nuggets.They handed me a small bag and I looked at it and said, That's it?....... the order was crammed into this small bagI had with this place!!!

I don't expect much from a McDonald's usually but when I order food I expect my order to be correct. I've only been here a few times and every time the order is messed up. Why even include the option to ask for substitutions or extras if they won't honor it. When I ask for items and I'm charged they always seem to forget to bag it. Employees aren't friendly whatsoever. All they seem to worry about is talking story rather than helping their customers.
Food was over done and so greasy I doubt they ever change the oil in their dryers, And the sodas were all off flavors, too much carbonation or syrup, nothing tasted right here. Didn't even eat half my meal because it was so bad.

These people "forget" the sauce literally every single time. Every. Single. Time. I don't know if it's a mcdonalds standard, or maybe the GM's idea, but even if you order extra so they see it, you don't get it.

Happy Meal toys in Honolulu, Hawaii...According to an old photo, I was at this location of McDonald's for a set of Pokémon cards in February 2021... LOL...Well, currently, the Happy Meal toys are 31 sets of two Disney characters in celebration of the 100th Anniversary of Disney!My friend wanted the Gamora toy, and I wanted #31. (I'm late in the game, so I missed Mickey Mouse and Mulan... shucks!)I called around the Aiea area of Oahu because we were on that side of the island. The person who answered the phone was very helpful! They had both toy sets at the Vaulkenburg Street location! Yippee!My friend was a bit afraid because she had never been in this part of town before. That's ok, I reassured her ... I just use GPS...It was dark, but we found a free parking space right in front of McDonald's. There were some customers in front of us, so I ordered on the app. We just had to check on our toy numbers when we received our meals.The first thing I noticed was that the box was an older version. It wasn't the 100th Disney Anniversary box. That's ok. However, I also noticed that I didn't get my dipping sauce! I went to the counter, and the manager was going to charge me 16 cents for a sauce! He thought I wanted an extra when I didn't receive any sauce! He finally gave the sauce to me for free! Whew!We were happy with our late dinner! We didn't even need dessert! Yay!We were grateful for the self-service beverage dispenser... we filled our extra-small sized cups again!
