The doors to enter have not worked properly since 2021. The dining area is long outdated compared to other McDonald restaurants in the world. I wonder when the last time a McDonald’s corporate representative entered the restaurant. Seems very low standard for a restaurant on a military post.

Food is typical fast-food fare but it's the service that really puts them below average. I asked for a plain sundae, which should have cost one dollar because it's just a small cup of ice cream. The counter worker instead charged me for a hot fudge sundae with no hot fudge?!?When I asked the manager about it, she claims that because there is no button for a plain sundae, they cannot charge me for a plain sundae. They are trying to say that there is no capability for price override, even the manager is powerless to override prices. I call bullshucks!Not coming back to this McDonald's, definitely!!!!

It was my second time to this McDonald's and I would not recommend to even come there is certain employees who are just plain rude . I was being nice asking for my sauce and they were giving me attitude for asking for a sauce asking me is that it our you want something else with so much unnecessary attitude I'm never one to leave a negative comment in reviews this just really bothered me I have never been treated so rude I myself work in fast food and would never treat people rudely like this . don't waist your time coming here .

Avoid this location!! I have visited them before and received poor quality food. I was in the area and wanted to grab lunch so I ordered on the app (curbside pick up) at 10:45 and picked it up at 11 AM. Recalling my prior experiences I examined the food. And they were true to form!!!! The soda they gave me tasted weird so I had to park my car...go inside... they got me a new one... I tasted it and still weird. It taste like after you drink a Diet Coke and then leave the cup in your car with the ice in it... then come back later and slurp it. That's what it taste like with a hint of dish soap. Weird! They weren't busy I was the only one there and one car going through the drive-through. For that reason I don't understand why The meat on my sandwich was cold.
I ordered a large hot latte and gave me large iced coffee instead. Just refund me if the coffee machine isn't ready first thing in the morning, it's understandable, instead of giving me the wrong order. Thanks.

The staff is so friendly and the restaurant is clean. They forgot the cheese on an item but gave me a brand new one when I brought it up!
