I ordered Oreo Mcflurry today and this is what I got. They just sprinkled oreo just on the top so that it looked like a real. DON’T DECEIVE THE CUSTOMER AND PLAY WITH THE FOOD.

Thursday, July 31.2025: Went thru the drive thru to order! So very disappointed at my Happy Meal Chicken Nuggets! What they gave me sure doesn’t look to like chicken nuggets and when calling to let them know of my wrong order, nobody answers the phone! That’s double annoying! So incompetent!
Friday, August 1, 2025: Tried calling McDonalds throughout the day and into the evening on Thursday, July 31, but still nobody answers the phone. Decided to go back to McDonalds this early morning. Went in and Jason, was at the register. I explain to him what had happened the day before about my wrong order! He was very rude and his answers to me were very LAME! After our words were exchanged, he just walks away! A few minutes, the manager, Anna comes and I explain to her and show her my picture I took of my order! She’s so sweet, very compassionate and apologizes to me many times. Thank u Anna for ur kindness and assistance in helping me, u are a great manager! Please teach Jason some manners so he can better himself! I give Manager Anna 10 STARS!

I never write reviews unless it made me frustrated to the max multiple times. They always get order wrong or missing item atleast one every time we go to drive thuru, or straight up different order. Icecream machines not working despite the app accepting the order, not accepting refunds. And so much more. I live walkable distance from this location but it makes me drive to Keeamoku location. Its that bad.

This McDonalds is in a very good location. It is a super short walk from the building to the Blaisdell Center. The wait was not bad and the food was good.
