They told a stupid lie saying that they were updating something even tho I seen them take an order for someone in front of me and I can hear them order and not only that I tried ordering from here on the McDonald’s app three times and they straight up just canceled it and also lied about that too

Order was wrong in the drive thru, which took about 15 minutes to get through. Then went inside to exchange my food and it had a wet musty smell. McDonald’s needs to staff properly, the interactions I had were kind, but they were clearly insanely short staffed.

The only minor inconvenience, though entirely expected for a downtown spot, was the locked restrooms, which require a key from staff, a common measure to manage heavy foot traffic and loitering. They didn't mix my McFlurry and gave me an empty cup instead of my drink and I had to come back and go inside and fill my drink at the drink fountain.
I never write reviews but after going through a very slow drive thru line for a number of weeks, I am sitting, in line, after 20 minutes and have not reached the order window. On top of that, I did a mobile order. I used to like going through this McDonald's drive thru but may have to rethink this.

One of the worst McDonald's you can go to ... Slow incompetent service. I made a mobile order to be brought to me outside ... I get there . Checked in and proceeded to wait 20 minutes for my order. So I finally got fed up and went inside to see my food sitting there in the counter getting cold. I had order a choco milkshake and it was completed melted.. never going back again.
