It's McDonald's! If you've been to one, you've been to them all
They rush you through the drive thru, but make you park in the parking lot to wait for your food. Very unprofessional. No other chain does this.
The McDonald's on JBPHH has great customer service and my food is always fresh!
First thing in the morning
The place e is clean and service is fast.
They seem to never check the entire bag if everything ordered is in there.
Incomplete order forgot my fries about 10 min wait for 3 things. Kiosk didn't work.

We have frequented this McDonald’s for over four years now and it’s pretty bad. Their customer service is awful! Their drive thru speaker doesn’t even work and the person working can never be heard. When we get to the counter the worker can’t be bothered to look at you or say anything to you. No one at any window speaks to you other than to tell you how much your order is and hand you your food. This place hasn’t even been open on the inside since Covid. This place needs a major intervention from management. It’s awful. Workers are so rude.
