The drive through can get crazy, but it moves pretty fast. It's just that it blocks the parking lot and lots of people need to cut through the line to get to the pet hospital

Went to the drive thru to get food for my family and the order taker didnt even ask if we are using our mobile app and sarcasticly said whats you code.I gave him the code and proceeded to order. When i was finished no total was given or if everything on the screen was correct. He just said pull up to the next window. No cars were in back of me. When i got the window he didnt wven acknowledge me or say my total.i used my card and tapped to.pay. He then gave glared at me while putting my card away as if he wanted to fight. So i asked him do you have a problem. He was silent and continued to give me a stink eye..No thank you or hello or have a nice day. When i proceeded to the next window another care pulled up to pay and it was his friends.I spoke to a lady at the window and she said she was the manager. I expressed to her that i was disappointed and she said she would talk to him .His name was Jerome. I am not surprised by the quality af the customer service from there. It seems that the store really doesnt care anymore about the customer and how it affects their business. Jerome was rude and I definitely will not recommend or patronize them as its evident rhat Jerome had an attitude. No customer should put up with a disrespectful kid when purchasing anything from your business. Its not funny nor appreciated. So embarrassing that you have a non professional child representing you. As for the mananger in charge ,i hope you take this seriously as a simple hello and thank you goes a long way Attitude should be left at the door if you are miserable and dont like working hard. If i could leave 0 Stars i would. Im sure you will take this as a opportunity to course correct your business practices . As for myself very UNHAPPY.

The best McDonald's I've been to. I've lived here and come to this McDonald's a lot (more times than I'd like to admit) and they are always very polite and have never gotten my order wrong.

They Made A Mistake On My Order And I Went Back They Corrected it And Charged Me $1 Dollar Extra,,, Then I Ordered A Large Coffe With 6 Cream And 6 Sugar And When I Reached Home Again Coffe Had No Cream And No Sugar.... Shaking My Head Service Was Not Good That Day LOL 🙃 😅 😆

They don't open the dine in area if their team is short staffed. This has happened too many times that I need to make a complaint. I walk to work and I like to get breakfast here. They say they open the dine in area at 5am but that's IF they are well staffed. Very disappointing.

I usually go through drive through here and I’ve always had good experience with food & very friendly workers. Today I decided to dine in & I was literally shocked. My husband accidentally spilled his drink right as he got it. We asked for napkins and if we could get a refill and Elizabeth went above and beyond. She didn’t even make a face when we told her about the accident. We were going to clean it up ourselves but she chose to clean it and told us to enjoy our food and that it’s her job. It’s very rare to see people with her spirit, she’s one of a kind. Every other McDonald's that I go to, staff are rude and miserable. Elizabeth is bright and truly sweet! The kind of staff businesses need! I hope she gets a raise or a promotion.
