Went this morning to order a Big Breakfast with Hotcakes from their drive-thru. Normally, the portion of eggs are just fine; however, this morning, I was disappointed. The portion of eggs were literally about half of what the normal portion is. Yes, half. Seems that shrink-flation is has come to this McDonalds. Might try another McDonalds to see if it's just this location, or a franchise-wide decision.

My 10 year old son and I went to this McDonalds and ordered the # 7 with no pickles and no onions.Instead we got no meat. I called the store and spoke with the manager and she said to come back. We went back and the staff was horrible and rude. Instead of giving us new cheese burgers and fresh fries, they tried to just add the meat to the bread and no new fries. After I said something, we were finally given the new burgers and fresh fries, but they refused to provide a fresh drink as well (my son didnt drink from it). The bag was literally tossed on the counter and slide to us. My son is 10 years old and this is how we were treated. I will never go back to this McDonald's. They were so rude even though they made the mistakes!

Usually orders are completed in order. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and watched 4 larger orders completed before mine(I placed my mobile order before the others, as Skowhegan on the display at the counter). How is that? Then they said they were waiting on my egg to be cooked...AFTER I asked why was my order deleted from the display! Not happy, sort of dampened my appreciation of my sandwich.
Kiosk wouldn't work and I stood fit a solid 5 at the counter waiting

Food is good most of the time. A few times my order was wrong and the App didnt work, but overall, great McDonald's. McDonald's has the best mobile app hands down.
