Used points for a cone. Stood there for 5 mins, no line. Employees decided to do a bunch of other stuff first. Then they give me a 1/2 sized cone. After I sat down he made me stand back up and walk over to get my cold after standing there for 5 minutes. Then my father came in and tried to order it took them 20 minutes to figure it out cuz they are completely incompetent. He got another cone it was also less than half size. I attempted to make a purchase (ordered through app) at 10:35P tonight. Hours say this location closes at 11:00P. Upon arrival at 10:45P I found the employees had closed the store early and ignored all drive up customers. They were providing service to a group of approximately 10 teenagers that looked like their high school friends. Instead of doing their job, they were giving away free (I assume) food and drink to their high school buddies.
Despicable. I don't care if a location is closed. But if open, and an app takes your order, you should provide service upon the stated hours. Don't make me drive 20 minutes to be disappointed for the night. Ridiculous.

The staff here are rude and inconsiderate, often acting as though assisting customers is an inconvenience. On top of that, they refuse to offer drink refills and fill your cup to the brim with ice. Total rip-off.

Taro pie was good. Took FOREVER to get my pop and taro pie, the service was TERRIBLE. The manager (?) was rude and didn’t care that I didn’t get my food even though my friends were half finished theirs. Everything else was fine.
