Taro pie was good. Took FOREVER to get my pop and taro pie, the service was TERRIBLE. The manager (?) was rude and didn’t care that I didn’t get my food even though my friends were half finished theirs. Everything else was fine.

the employee accepted pouring the coffee into my metal mug after I explained that the disposable cups are lined with POLYETHYLENE which irritates the gut lining. the oily shine on top of the coffee is residue of the polyethylene lining (which prevents the cardboard cup from melting).The coffee at this McD smells better than the Hawaii Kai McD, probably because it was recently renovated.THANK YOU for creating less trash in the world (and in my body) by pouring the coffee into my own mug/cup.I appreciate that the workers here understand English. It is nice not having to repeat myself 3 times like I had to at the Hawaii Kai McD.

Reese's attentive and helpful demeanor made my experience truly memorable. Their willingness to assist me with my unique need of charging my e-bike battery was nothing short of remarkable. Reese's genuine kindness and dedication to ensuring my comfort and convenience were truly appreciated and made a significant impact on my day.In addition to the exceptional service, I must give a special mention to the delicious small fries that I enjoyed during my visit. They were the perfect snack to refuel and recharge while my e-bike was getting ready for the next leg of my journey. The quality of the food combined with the outstanding service truly made for an unforgettable stop at this McDonald's location.Overall, my experience at this McDonald's was nothing short of outstanding, thanks in large part to Reese's amazing assistance and the warm, welcoming atmosphere created by the entire team. Staff here always seem to get your order correct. Much better than many.
We always go drive thru to buy McChicken sandwiches and double cheeseburger if we want a bigger snake. We always use the app for the french fries deals. Burgers and French fries are usually fresh since the drive thru is busy, but fast.

Came down for a late lunch and ordered the usual fare- Big Mac meal, double cheeseburger, and six pieces of chicken nuggets. The server that took my order was pleasant and knowledgeable about the menu. The meals came out almost immediately, so I barely had to wait to get my food! The burgers were so delicious and when asked for extra sauce for my order, the servers humbly obliged and made everything to my liking. Let me tell you, the fries were so crispy and not oily at all, and the nuggets with their signature bbq sauce really hit the spot

This is the location at the Aina Haina Shopping Center. For some reason they close really early at 7pm and I rushed to get there. In town, the McDonald's close around 10pm with the drive thru being open 24/7.I'm making my rounds to the different locations to find my Kerwin Frost Nugget Buddies. I found Uptown Moe at the McCully location and got Darla here. The Kerwin Frost Happy Meal is $12.49 for the medium size. It comes with fries and a drink. You get a choice of 10 piece chicken nuggets or a Big Mac. I have no complaints about the food. McDonald's food is standard across the board no matter which location you're at. The food came out within 5 minutes. I guess they were ready to close and we were the only patrons in line. The cashier was nice.

I wanted the McRib. Dine in hours are 7am to 7pm yet the lock and close the dine in area at 6:52 pm. That's poor management.

Apparently this is a terrible McDonald's to go to. According to a lot of the reviews, they have lots of issues. I'm adding my review to warn people that you not only need to check your orders to be correct, but check your receipts to ensure the cashier keyed in the correct amount tendered and that you get the right change. My bill was for $7.41. I gave $8.01. When we didn't get any change back, I saw the cashier entered that I paid $7.41 exact. When I pointed out I was owed $.61, I was given only $.40....I did not haggle over the second mistake, but people, beware! Not sure how she was trained, but I think if the cashier is not able to do simple math or know how to give change, they should not be a cashier.
