Even I was already on site, I was still asked to order on app. Also one time, even I ordered and made payment on app, they didn't allow me to pick up without driving thru. But I couldn't drive thru back then due to I was on a mini bus. They were just being ignoring me saying they dont care if I paid, insisting me on driving thru.....so odd. Don't get why they can make things so hard on customers.

Wouldn't recommend going to this McDonald's. I feel that some of the employees do try and work hard to keep the facility clean, but it is challenging because of the homeless that are in the area and frequent this particular McDonald's on a regular basis. I sometimes feel that the downtown McDonald's is cleaner than this one. Sorry.

The quarter pounder tastes like it’s been sitting in a shelf forever. It was soggy and overcooked and tastes like it was fried in oil that hasn’t been changed in a year. Same with the fries. I feel like shit after eating. I knew what i was getting into, i wanted unhealthy food but not stale food that was cooked in used engine oil for gods sake. I would say king street mcdonalds is better for a consistent taste. Theirs actually tastes like real food. Thank me later.
Opened 24 hours per day. This is the worst mac Donald’s. I will never go inside again. Lots of very drugged homeless people sitting around and wandering inside at 2 pm !! The staff seemed very used to it. I am sorry but I did not feel safe.

While eating my food I watched your employees serve another gentlemen his food he had bought and paid for!! Afterwards two of your employees stood around talking about said customer then proceeded to call the cops and have him arrested for trespassing and I just found it despicable you would serve someone have them sit down to eat the food they paid for the allow a young woman to have him arrested! Hopefully he sues because I promise I'll be there to witness for him! IDC what the issue was if he was banned he should have never been served but you can't take someonea money allow them to order then have them arrested as the sit quitely and eat!! It's pathetic

This restaurant advertises its hours as 24 hours in the dining room as well as the drive-thru, when they are only open to cars for 24 hours. Those without a car are notified by a sign on the door that the dining room opens at 5:00 AM. These hours listed on their website are not correct, and need to be changed to reflect the actual restaurant hours for everyone, with or without a car.

The spicy Sausage Egg McMuffin. Made spicy with a sauce similar to the texture of the Big Mac sauce and has a nice tang to it.
