The people who work here are so nice! They’re literal angels. The person taking my order and at the pay window was very kind and then he even saw that I hadd an empty plastic bottle drink in my cupholder and offered to throw it away for me so I would have more room for my drinks I ordered. I had a somewhat difficult order too and he got all of it right. And the lady at the food pickup window also was kind. Wonderful people here- I don’t usually review drive through but I was so impressed I had to. Very quick service and my food was delicious!

This is place is like a walking dead episode y'all. Always disruptive and sketchy homeless people inside and outside. Really gives me a gross feeling knowing the place for sure doesn't get cleaned enough.
The poor workers that have to deal with this place are friendly, but they need a real security guard and a raise for dealing with the stress of putting up with these homeless people everyday.

Just went to grab an ice coffee, caramel flavor, with 6 pumps of liquid sugar. Then on top of that I added 10 small packets of regular sugar. I love my coffee extra sweet‼️🤤
Dietary restrictions: My favorite breakfast is the bacon egg and cheese McGrddle. I love the McGriddle. I was disappointed they did not have the shamrock shake.
Parking: Drive through always quick. Love that they utilize all the drive thru windows.

No customer service No Mahalo Employees ignore there customers so they can bullshit and goof off. Security is a joke they allow the homeless use this place as a hang out. They tell people to use the kiosk so they do have to work. But half the items are only available in the drive through. And don't get me started on the cleanliness this place is disgusting My question is were the hell is the state to shut this place down. Cause if the restrooms and dining area is disgusting I can just imagine how the kitchen is. My opinion is.

The food is excellent. The managers were rude when I spoke to them they had attitudes at 7:30am and that has affected me wanting to give them my Buisness. This restaurant is in a bad area. Druggies in the parking lot etc. Not Keoki friendly place. Not for MY keiki at least.
