Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. But I guess what do it expect from a super busy McDonald's. Ordered a bacon double quarter pounder with cheese plain. Was only a single quarter pound patty with no bacon or cheese. Seems like they are taking short cuts just to get food out. Don't go here. Just get food at the abc across the street.

NEVER IN MY LIFE HAVE I PAID FOR FOOD AND BEEN SO TURNED OFF BY THE SERVICE THAT I WALKED OUT WITHOUT IT. Me and my fridnd are visiting hawaii (which we love by the way) but this place was hands down THE WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. Not only did we wait 38 minutes for one soft serve cone and plain Sunday, but because the workers were so rude and sloe we walked out. Their machine that we ordered did nit have orders going through and instead of apologising they made everyone feel like it was our fault. And we had to go at lengths to prove we paid for it.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my recent visit to your McDonald's location at 1778 Ala Moana Blvd, Honolulu, HI 96815.
Upon receiving my order, I immediately noticed that it was incorrect. I checked the items and confirmed that something was wrong, so I approached the manager to address the issue. Unfortunately, instead of being attentive or willing to correct the mistake, the manager dismissed my concerns without proper consideration. She paid no mind to my explanation of what went wrong with my order.
When I returned to speak to the manager again, hoping for a resolution, her attitude was unprofessional and rude. It was clear she was upset for me pointing out the error, and this made the situation even more frustrating. To make matters worse, when I attempted to order a burger, I observed that she manipulated the computer system in a way that prevented me from placing my order. This action felt retaliatory and completely uncalled for.
I’ve been a loyal McDonald's customer for years, but this experience has left me deeply disappointed. Not only was my order incorrect, but I was met with poor customer service and unprofessional behavior from the manager. I would appreciate a follow-up regarding this issue, and I hope that this situation can be addressed to prevent future occurrences.

I paid over $11.00 just for a Coke and an order of fries because they put onions on my cheeseburger when I specifically told them no onions. It even said "no onions" on my recipet. Since it was a To-Go order I was already home when I made the discovery. Had to throw out the cheese burgers. I realize life goes on, and there's bigger things to worry about, but when your hungry its really disappointing.

Breakfast is only available until 10:30am. I was in line at 10:25 and reached the counter at 10:29. I stood 4 minutes before an employee came back to register to take my order (10:33) and was told breakfast ended at 10:30. I politely explained the above timeline to no avail. I’m not one to speak to a manager, but we are in Hawaii and I wanted to try the traditional Hawaiian Breakfast Spam & Eggs!!).
Manager could only say “l’m sorry”, no willingness to provide customer service and get breakfast.
Go get breakfast somewhere else.

Big Fish Dive Club
After learning that McDs in Honolulu serve Hawaiian breakfast and other local treats, we’ve decided to give it try. As it turned out, it was just spam, sausage, eggs with white rice, not really “Hawaiian” breakfasts. It was okay for McD’s standard, but obviously there are much better non-McD options around Waikiki. We also wanted to try other Hawaiian treats, such as taro pies, but it didn’t have any. It’s on the menu, but we cannot have any during our visit for unknown reasons. All in all, it wasn’t worth us eating our breakfast at our local McD. By the way, we also ordered McGriddle and they were tiny, much smaller than what I can remember. The sitting area was generally clean, except for the constant pigeons flying into the restaurant, but the staff was doing a decent job trying to shoosh them away. Finally, there was no bathroom at this location, so be forewarned.
Parking: No parking lot that I could see.
Kid-friendliness: No play ground here and the kids were screaming in there this morning.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, there’s a ramp.
