Very expensive food in honolulu hawaii. I choose to waikiki McDonalds because it cheaper and apple pie 4.00 one piece at this location vs waikiki 2 apple pie 2.50.

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal burger did not taste fresh at all even from McDonald’s. The fries were average. The only thing I enjoyed was the Diet Coke. I basically threw all the meal away except for the Diet Coke. Also, they have several birds inside this restaurant, just walking around. It’s getting to be quite disgusting. I won’t be trying McDonald’s again at this location during my vacation

Waited over 10 minutes for just two smoothies — and the place wasn’t even busy. Staff had no clue how to use the machine and topped the smoothies with McFlurry lids. No apology, no coupon, nothing.
This isn’t fast food — it’s slow chaos. Do better

Ordered big fries*2 and bunch of sweet and sour sauce, got medium fries and no sauce. Line is so long with endless waiting. I don’t select the drink on the kiosk. :( and no taro pie

First of all I asked the manager if I can have my table cleaned cause even though there where tables available... none of them were cleaned !!! And when I asked she basically got bothered my me asking !!!!!! Unprofessional big time !!!! Secondly if you need to use the restroom ? Use it at your hotel or somewhere else cause this is the only McDonald's in the USA that doesn't have restrooms !!!! And thirdly I asked for a simple refill ya they said we don't do it ? It's an extra charge ? And the other employee said cause of covid !!!! Wth really ? What it was ? It's just all the employees were to lazy to satisfy a paying customer!!!! And coffee? Putting the white filters in the counter where money is exchanged.. and it was ok with manager? She was there !!!! Ugh !!!! Anyways people ? Other people may do it a different way ? But this is America and where is the food administration!!!? Come on people !!? I just hope corporate reads this cause manager needs a refresher course !!!!! ~CALIFORNIA
