I order mcdelivery 2 times today smh first taro pie was missing 2nd my ice coffee extras vanilla syrup was missing... i call and report n explaining ; and the lady said dat was from yesterday smh and hang up for no reason.. i call and kept calling the guys answer and hang up woowww.. oh well there's nothing i can do .. bad cutomers service the manager have no manner at all !! Anyways i aint going order mcdelivery no more because mcdonald employer tryin to set them up or frame them while my foods is missing !! McDelivery doordash plz if anyone of u delivery foods from there plz check first if everything there before delivery i am telling you!!

I enjoyed the $5 meal. And I know I'd like the $6 meal. The mcdouble is the right size...for me.

Parking: At times you'd like to drive and park on the other side but drive through uses the same lane...be patient, it's not a long wait.

Dining room upstairs is quite cool and generally quiet. Sometimes in the past pre-covid days, early breakfast crowds would talk loudly.

Parking: Now that Foodland vacated in 2023 or 2024 after many decades, and parking is not difficult.

As a follow up to my post below, the store manager Shane read my corporate complaint
and reached out to me the VERY next day. He was concerned about the safety of my family and asked if everyone was ok. He asked me to share my concerns and experience with him. After I shared with him he asked if i was ok because he realized what an ordeal it must have been for me. He also offered to refund my bill in full. Today, he met with me and gave me the refund but aslo sat and talked with me about how things could have been handled differently. He also said he will use this experience and the security video as a teaching lesson for his staff; he asked me to give that store location another chance but he understood if I choose not to do so. He has handled this situation so beautifully that I am considering trying that location again, after a few months, to see if things really have changed.

I called to complain that I found maggots in 4 of the drink trays they gave me and the manager VENUS said, "OK? And? Did you take a picture? Do you have proof of purchase?" Then hung up on me because I was angry about her attitude. I went to the store to complian and SHOW her my picture (posted above) and after identifying herself, she went to he back and made me wait at the counter for over 1 hour! She would not come out and told the crew members to tell me she was calling her boss to approve a full refund. That was a lie, she was calling security. She called security/police on me. SHE REFUSED TO TAKE MY COMPLAINT, said her boss would not give me a refund, only a replacement for the drinks, and asked thepolice to have me leave. This is beyond unacceptable. I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS MCDONALD'S again.
