This store was such disappointing… long wait, messy order, and super slow and lazy worker! Eversince i came to this branch,, thier blender machine for frapps always unavailable sunce last year,, idk if its really broken or they r just lazy to make cold drinks coz they always say frapps was not available ! Which was always makes me feel dissapointed that i was wasting my time falling in line at the drive tru but then all of a sudden they always say unavailable! So im rating then the lowest and thier workers was so rude no good approach

Honestly, i dont know why i even consider this location at all.
The employees here have NO personality ( except for the local hawaiian lady that works in the morning time ) She shows so much aloha and has great customer service.
Everyone else thar works there look like they be just hating life
PS the app actually sucks!
I got charged 2x thru the app and after bringing this up to the manager they basically said they can't do anything at all except take a picture for their records. I said why couldn't it just be voided/refunded and credited back to my card..apparently there's no way..

Rated 1 because I checked the app for the location and it had McTeri Deluxe available. When we got there about an hour later the kiosk said not available. They obviously had burgers. Why would they be out of McTeri?? We left to get a teri burger elsewhere.

Also missed the one way entrance and had to go around the block and come back to find the right driveway to enter the parking lot.

i ordered my food. they didnt give me a receipt. i literally showed proof i paid for the food which was 30 bucks, the worker told me that they couldnt do anything bc it wasnt on the screen. they took my 30 bucks basically.

Food is good only problem is they hoard the bathroom. I work as a mail carrier so i come often for the bathroom. Employees often check the bathroom while ur using it and the biggest problem is they'll hide the toilet paper, itll be there one moment and then 2 hrs later the giant roll is gone. I feel like they hide it so they dont have to clean it. Restrooms shouldnt be treated like gold.

No soap in the restroom and sanitizer by kiosk whatsoever. Unsanitary and unhealthy for the customers. Reported to female manager. Hope she takes action immediately

I fell sorry for the younger gentleman that was the manager. Went in at 8:14pm ordered 40 nuggets, 2 fry, 2 come and didn't get my food til 9:23pm. Talk about short staffed, and had an employee that should have been fired. Then to have another manager order food knowing how short staffed they were and then to call and complain!? How classless. Personally dude should be running that store, the other manager need canned. Talk about being set up for failure. And since when is it not the responsibility of the managers to cover those positions? Isn't that why you are a salaried employee? And then to just criticize? I can only imagine how toxic they are in person! Again bro was cool as a cucumber. 5star for that guy!! He isn't paid enough. Other employee and manager(sitting on their butt at home)should be relieved of all further duties for causing the business hardship. Make him your new GM. Everybody else gotta go!! I wish this location the best of luck. And to the manager on duty; excellent edicate and communication skills. I appreciate your hard work and dedication to your job. You my friend are over worked, under paid and appreciated! Stay strong, Aloha!!

took my money for breakfast but refused to make my food I paid for at 10:25am. was lied to about inability to make breakfast anymore even though the manager was obviously just being lazy. me and my child will eat elsewhere. as you can see in photo I paid for the meal and ordered before 10:30
