Google said all McDonalds sell 8 lb bags of ice for $1 or $2. Once there I asked the worker and she said no way and wasn’t interested in asking the manager. So Google take them off your list.

One of the worst managed McDonald's I've been to. Manager don't care if there's a long line. They just working at their own pace. Staffs are slow also. Sandwiches are made sloppy. There used to be a male manager there before and he was very good. Very efficient, now she is the worst.

This is the 4th time this mcdonalds has gotten my doordash order wrong. Whether it's sandwiches missing, or the order is completely wrong. Order from any other store.

The auntie that wears the beautiful shell lei, I see her when I go drive through. She is the sweetest, I always hope it's going to be her I see. Her cheerful and thoughtful interactions always brighten my day.

I love McDonalds Monopoly, so I was really excited to go back and get some pieces after years of having no Monopoly.
But man, I was trying to avoid posting about this place, but I feel like nobody cares, since it is a McDonalds so hopefully they will fix this. When making a mobile order for this specific location, the mobile order stalls are often full of people not waiting for mobile orders. I was hoping to ordered a quick lunch last Sunday on my way home from some morning errands, and I pulled up and unfortunately needed to park on the side since the stalls for mobile ordering pick up were full. I wasnt able to confirm my order because I didnt have a stall number, so I went inside to get my order. Asked the cashier for my order and they got to work making it. My fiancee ordered something as well, so I told her to send it to the counter for pick up. Her order came out first, and I waited about 10m before asking to follow up with my order. No biggie~ not their fault since the parking situation outside is like the wild west.
While waiting, another person steps right in front of me asking if my fiancee's order was his. I politely said that it was my order. Then he proceeded to take the bag, and the one drink in the drink carrier and walk away to sit in the dining area. Not the staff's fault again, so I asked if they could make another since someone just stole my order. A rather rude customer behind me went out of her way to say that I was lying. Incredible lol.
After finally getting my order, I get home to find out that we were missing 2 Monopoly pieces. Icing on the cake.
Giving them a 2* because I wouldn't have had to journey through their wild west if their stalls werent fully occupied with customers not picking up mobile orders.
I salute all of you Doordash/UberEats drivers that have to pick up from here. Next time I order delivery i'll tip better with the consideration that they may have had a difficult journey to bring me my McDonalds from this location.

Peter, obviously is trolling for this right? Long story short, they happily admitted that they are at fault. #1 for not informing the uber driver to update us that their Machine is Broken for the Lattes. The lady on the phone mentioned that their machine for the french fries atleast is working, and that they have french fries but all we got is clearly on the picture. What are going to do with these sauces? Please someone give me some clarification and this has to go to corporate because sure still got refunded but the level of professionalism is not even at the passing rate. Sorry not sorry. No to peter.
They forgot my hash brown :( I mobile ordered a sausage egg n cheese McGriddle meal. Part my fault for not double checking but I was in a rush. I will forever grieve I never revived a hash brown 😢

Slowest McDonald's in the State of Hawaii. Short staffed and it reflects on the NONSPEEDINESS OF THE ORDERS.
Priority goes to drive thru so better off not going in the store to order. This place is theeeee worst. Expect better mickey deez. 20 minutes for my mcchickens and fries. Dare I order a drink. No ways. Tack on another 10 minutes if I do.
