As far as McDonald's go it's not great. Always busy, the ice cream machine is down often. On my most recent visit the drive thru was closed. But they are on the way home, so they get my business once a month.

I stopped by McDonald's today for a quick lunch brwak. The food itself was actually pretty good—McChicken was hot and the bun was nice and soft, and the fries were perfectly crispy and salted, just how I like them. Whoever was on grill duty definitely knows their stuff! The efficiency of getting the order out was impressive, too, so kudos to the kitchen staff for keeping things moving. However, the overall experience was a bit dampened by the service. While not outright rude, there was a noticeable lack of the usual friendly demeanor you'd hope for. It felt more like a transaction than an interaction. A little warmth and a smile can go a long way in making a customer feel welcome, and that element seemed to be missing today. It's the small gestures of kindness that truly elevate a fast-food stop from just a meal to a pleasant experience. I understand that working in a busy environment like McDonald's can be demanding, but a touch more attentiveness and a slightly more amiable approach from the counter staff would have made a big difference. With the quality of the food being solid, improving the customer service aspect would really make this location shine. It has the potential to be a great spot!

Horrible customer service, employees kept arguing with one another the manager said she didn't have a supervisor on shift but I'm guessing she didn't wanna deal with the complaints. one boy was tryna keep everything in line but another was just messing it up. had one guy in the back that just stayed in the back only came in the front to see what was going on & then went back to the back. they consistently kept messing up orders, I asked for a coke & the employee just grabbed a drink that was already did & it was dr pepper, asked him to redo it & he did so but that was very annoying. his attitude was just not it that whole time & he kept bumping into my brother, don't make the business look bad because you cant control your emotions while working, overall, food was good but they will NEVER see me here again.
When I tell you they ran out of rice and kept taking in rice orders but told non of the customers. Literally waited 45 minutes for an order. I don’t blame the manager, he seemed to be hustling as much as he could to run the breakfast service but definitely the store failed him with no supplies.

Like other Mcdonalds, they always forget stuff. We were shorted the mcnuggets on my daughter's happy meal. Aina Haina one does the same. The error is never in our favor. Only the Hawaii Kai location has been 100% correct. I just don't see why my gf likes going to McDonald's thinking the app saves her money when we get shorted items. There are other places to eat that cost the same and you don't have to check the order every time.

Completely and utterly messed up my pickup order. Ordered the McDouble value combo, BOGO double cheese, and three apple pies. What I got was the burgers, x3 4 piece nuggets with one sauce, and drink. No pies no fries. How do you mess up and order so bad? Bag receipt showed the items I ordered. Got ripped off
