I got my order wrong. I ordered 1happy meal,3 cheese burger plain, 2 of my cheeseburgers is a meal(combo).but then when I got home I open my bags to enjoying my burger and fries but when I open my cheeseburger I see that there is dice onion in all my burgers. But I asked for cheeseburger plain, “Plain”!!even the lady who took my order telling us that we have to parked in the stall to wait for our order. But still I got em wrong.

By far my worst experience with a McDonalds restaurant of my entire 63 years of my life!!!1st: The location was extra busy tonight.Which is always good, but when Ifinally received my order the frieswere cold and soggy!!! Unacceptable2nd: I was unaware that the fries werethe way they were until I drove off.So, I tried calling and no one, noteven a manager bothered to pickupthe phone and I kept getting thisridiculously stupid message askingme for a code. So, I went back to theMcCully location which took me lessthan 4 minutes to get there from thetime I drove away.3rd: By far the worst part of the entiretragic experience was when Iexplained to the staff member atcounter what poor service I hadreceived what came out of hermouth was totally disrespectful!!!She said, "We are really busy, so youshould need to be patient." Neveronce did anyone, not even theManager who was standing right infront of me say they were sorry!!!Because none of them were sorryfor the worst service ever by anyMcDonalds location in the world!!!When I finally got home and was hoping to at the least enjoy my meal the box for my Big Mac wasn't closed good and had spilt out into the package and the fish from my Fillet-O-Fish sandwich was hanging halfway off the bun with the tarter sauce on the edga of only one side of the bun!!!Anyone and everyone employed by McCully McDonalds should be ashamed of what I had to experience and how the poor actions of just 2 individuals is ruining the reputation and integrity of McDonalds, especially the McCully location!!!I wish I could have been able to post pictures of the two shameful excuse for a sandwich pictures I have taken!!!??? ??? ???Kid-friendliness: Not one thing friendly about the McCully location!!!

I don't believe the counter help knows how to read. We ordered a happy meal and a coffee drink. She gave us only the happy meal. I asked her for the coffee drink, and she asked me what I ordered. I told her and she ordered it. I then had to ask for the beverage cup that went with the happy meal. After all that, they forgot the sauce for the mcnargetts! COMPLETE worse experience from start to end!

as a food connoisseur of the highest caliber, i pride myself in places that are off the beaten path. on this extremely hot day of walking around honolulu, i just needed a drink. mcdonald’s on south king st has what you have when you’re thirsty: drinks. I got the coke and a lemon slice because i feel fancy today so it came out to about $1.5x something. one noteworthy thing is that their cups are made out of “compostable” material but upon further review, it is fat lie. a big fat lie!there is no compostable facility here on this tiny island and they have that claim on their cups. it’s borderline fraud because the ala wai is already filled with trash, it’ll be a shame for it to end up there as well. oh well. watch out for the crackheads around this mcdonald’s and just don’t think about greenwashing and the upcoming environmental catastrophe caused by corporations such as this. 3/5
