The food we ordered was all delicious. I've been to many dim sum restaurants here in Hawaii, and so far, this one has the best food ever. The restaurant's interior is not very organized and is a bit untidy, but don't let that disappoint you.
Visited early on a Thursday evening in late May (admittedly, this was the first restaurant we saw in Chinatown which actually appeared to be open, despite Chinatown being quite busy around noon with market activity).
There were two larger groups of people, and two other couples eating there, as well as a steady stream of people ordering take-away. The staff had an interesting banter amongst themselves (in Cantonese) which is rather comforting, in an 'aunties...
