This is a hidden gem in an area that's going through gentrification. I visited the Milky Way Hawaii Ice food truck on a recommendation from a local. Both the Azuki Bean snow and the Baba Golden Milk drinks are hands down the best I've ever had. Why can't I get this type of quality and price in my home town of Vancouver? Highly recommended for anyone who can venture out to the food truck's location.

I always stop at this food truck every time I visit Hawaii from Toronto! Cannot find any place that can offer the same texture and flavours as Milky Way.

12/27, took a late lunch break. food truck was conveniently on the corner. I was assisted quickly, got my order fast, and the drink was delicious. Boba was nice and chewy
Saw this truck in front of Mari’s Urban Garden this Friday and tried the real taro snowthie. It was great! You don’t usually find real taro. Wasn’t too sweet. Nice shaved ice (or is it shaved milk?) texture that has a bit of texture to chew through but no hard granules, it’s just soft and compact.
Milky Way's food truck came to my assisted living facility, and the company paid for all residents AND staff to get one drink, free of charge. What a nice refreshment. Thanks Milky Way for your hard work. I hope to try your products again soon!
Loved the mango smoothie, especially in the heat! Cool, creamy with chunks of fruit and not overly sweet… Def recommend!
This place has great flavors and excellent service. Strawberry man and pineapple shave ice were great.
