Microscopic portions. Lomo saltado with pasta because they ran out of rice? Dry plantains that could be considered freeze dried at this point. This place was pretty awful.
Response to owner: why the pasta? It made it so odd and soggy. Could you have taken the time to make the dish correctly? If you cant make it just cancel the order. "Rice finished cooking". I added pics of your kitchen notes on the boxes for context my guy. I paid for a side of rice. So you made a dish wrong. Rice finished and said eff it ill throw extra rice on the side? Not a good look my guy. The plantains are actually awful. Go try one.
Edit again: changed to 3 stars since the owner makes things right. Thanks for the honesty. I removed a harsh comment i made.

Good service and very delicious food.
Really small restaurant. The service was fast. The purple drink was good even though I asked for a lemonade. The Arroz con mariscos was good except for the fake scallops that tasted like little sponge balls. There was a nice piece of lobster claw on there. The potato appetizer with yellow sauce was good. The waitress was very nice and responsive. Our other dish was covered in a salty gravy but was satisfying. I would order something else next time. So glad that they are here though. Peruvian restaurants are not plentiful so it was nice opportunity.
