Solid Cantonese and local food made fresh in large portions for reasonable prices. Amazing choice of dishes. Service is more than adequate, friendly, caring about their regular customers. The place is utilitarian, nothing fancy. Order and pay at the counter, they bring the dishes to you, all in takeout containers. Plenty of parking, near the airport. Since mid-1970’s, Mini Garden has been my favorite Chinese Food restaurant. I’ve followed them to different locations from downtown Honolulu to Mapunapuna to this Airport location. Their noodle dishes are prepared in front of of you at the counter since the mid-1970’s! Excellent food, friendly service!
Casual restaurant serving local and Chinese favorites. Few tables for dine in but most of the orders are takeout. Do expect to wait since everything is made to order. Best to call in orders ahead.
I had the Combination Plate with Ginger Chicken and Roasted Pork. Portion size is generous however it's mostly rice. The Chom Sum Noodles with chicken was good amount of vegetables but the flavor and taste was a bit bland for me.
