Pasta was delicious. My son had their salmon pasta special and I built my own. Tasted like a dish I would eat at a more expensive restaurant. Service was great. Hidden gem. Parking right outside.

Ordered spaghetti with bolognese, added chicken & Italian sausage to go. The young lady at the counter was excellent!
She’s the only reason for 3 stars.
The sauce was terrible. Odd color too . However the worst was the chicken. I understand trying to save money. However, every piece was tough & fatty. The spaghetti came out in one giant piece. The sausage was good

This place has everything from building your own pastas to Italian bake goods and Hawaiian bentos/plates. We tried two pasta dishes, the flavoring was not overpowering and the texture was near perfect. My Italian sausage was overcooked, but other than that everything was good. We bought several freshly made breads, and they were delightful. The staff was very nice and efficient. The sitting area was large and clean, as were the bathrooms. We will return to try its bentos soon.
Vegetarian options: It has beyond meat burgers, pastas with eggplant, etc.
Parking: Easy access to the parking lot.

The pasta is cooked so well. It got good chew to it. The mentaiko sauce was so delicious. We kept coming back for it. We also tried the panna chicken, shoyu butter, eggplant bolognese, ikura salmon pasta, yuba ginger cream and the shrimp aurora. Everything was delicious. The portion was generous and priced so well. This place is such a gem. They only have inside seating area and they have AC.
Parking: They have their own parking space and it’s free.

Friendly and patient staff ready to take order. Lots of choices for pasta and sauces to make many combinations! The pesto was very light, but I personally love the bolognese. Open seating and parking lot has lots of spots.

we enjoy the variety that is available here. with children who are picky eaters it is nice to be able to customize the pasta the way they want. my favorite is the aurora sauce which is the combination of the pomodoro and cream sauce. delicious. the staff are also always very welcoming, friendly, and patient. the option of ordering on the dell’s kitchen side for the Japanese style food and from the bakery is also a big bonus. it’s a regular stop and we’ll continue to return.

Tasty dishes. Friendly staff and great service. reasonably priced dishes. Pastas, plate lunches and pastries available from bakery. Highly recommend!
My recent visit to Mio Pastalogy left me with mixed feelings. As a pasta lover, I was eager to try their "create your own" pasta dish and sample the full extent of their menu. While the concept of creating my own dish was appealing, the execution left much to be desired.Unfortunately, the pasta dish was not up to my expectations. The toppings, including two dollops of pesto, were placed haphazardly on top of the noodles and failed to incorporate evenly, resulting in clumped noodles at the bottom of the bowl. The chicken was boiled and added to the dish as an additional clump, further detracting from the overall appearance and taste of the dish. However, the bright spot of my visit was the bakery located on the other end of the restaurant. The fresh baked pastries and cakes were a treat and a highlight of my dining experience. I was pleased to find that the bakery offered an assortment of delectable treats to choose from, making it a saving grace in an otherwise disappointing meal.In conclusion, while my experience at Mio Pastalogy was not entirely positive, I will not visiting again anytime for their pasta, but may be for bakery.
