Nice, comfortable, simple cafe serving good local breakfast and lunch food. I ordered the Kalua Pig Benedict with an addition of avocado. It was very delicious. My wife ordered the savory crepe which she also found delicious. We enjoyed our lunch at Moena Cafe and found the service efficient and friendly.
The food is top-notch, portions are huge, and the coffee tastes great. However, they add a 4% restaurant service charge and calculate suggested tips on top of that and the tax. That’s shady, and I won’t be back.
Pros: cute decor, family owned business with few tables inside. Large breakfast portions (pancake and french toast), with chicken and pork meat options. Excellent customer service the staff is friendly. Plenty of parking in palace.
