Incredible service and food! Our experience was wonderful and we would highly recommend. Thank you
Ask for Greg on any Thursday through Saturday. He will take care of you! The food is phenomenal regardless of what you get, but the service Greg provided was amazing. Truly impressive.
Teresa was a friendly and excellent waitress. The food was excellent and I was pleased to see added items to the menu. I was most pleased with the Oyster Dynamite dish and crab mashed potatoes. Of course the lamb chops were superb. It would have been nicer to meet your manager as in the past he would come by to say hello. The bartenders seem to be nice as well. We stopped going to the bar area because there was a younger arrogant asian male bartender there who seem to snub us.
It was my first time celebrating Mid-Autumn Festival in Hawaii, and we'd like to ppmake it a ceremonial experience! The cheesecake the restaurant gave us for our Mid-Autumn Festival dessert was the best I've had in 14 years, even better than the ones in Shanghai. It had a delicious and creamy flavor without being too sweet!
Our waiter Tim gave us excellent service and took care of all our needs for our wonderful Anniversary dinner.
Excellent food and service, considering there are several more expensive steak houses around, for the quality of the food this actually seemed like a really good value!
Restaurant seemed warm and got warmer as the night went on. Not sure if the AC is working properly? I ordered the Wagyu and was very disappointed that it was over salted! My niece and I were celebrating our birthdays, she ordered the ribeye bone-in and ufortunately her's was also over salted. Other than that the steaks were cooked perfectly. Our server was great and always appreciate the GM stopping by to say hello and check on us. We enjoyed our complimentary birthday desserts, Hopefully next time the steaks won't be so salty.
What made this experience unbearable was the male bartender on last night. Made me feel like I shouldn't have been there. He got frustrated when I ordered “a double” order of the crab cakes (the 2 small tiny crab cakes from the bar bites menu) and didn't like it when I ordered bread. I was there to eat and rest after a long day. Thankfully, the female bartender was there and I approached her for the rest of my needs, she was kind and professional unlike the male bartender that made me feel unwelcome! I'll think twice before going to Morton's due to this experience.

Everything was absolutely delicious. From the moment we sat down until we finished the service was impeccable. Our steaks, Caesar salad, black truffle sauce and hollandaise were so good. We also had a huge loaded baked potato and creamed truffle corn. They were both excellent. Finished with the seasonal apple pie with vanilla ice cream. Absolutely loved it. Wish we had a Morton's in Tucson but Honolulu's Morton's is the best.

Came for HH. Beef sliders were so tender and juicy, it was my favorite. Shrimp louis was very good as well as the crab cakes. Short rib tacos was just ok to me but the rest of my family liked it. Their chicken sliders were just ok.
Hawaii was so humid last week (Sept) and their elevator does not have AC, it felt like a sauna inside. I cant imagine getting stuck in that elevator if it malfunctioned!

The food was delicious as usual. Servers were very kind and accommodating. However, they were a little overwhelmed. Items were not delivered and long waits. It will not deter us from enjoying Morton's again. There may have been call-offs or just too many stragglers.
Great service by Trent and wine service by Jonah. Restaurant was full, so service was a little slower than expected. Full restaurant = high level of conversation noise. Overall, everything was very good.
If you are staying at Hilton Hawaiian Village and ordering delivery here, be aware that no cutlery will be provided. I honestly don’t understand why they even offer Uber Eats if guests cannot properly eat their food.
I ordered about $200 worth of food, and all I received were six chopsticks—no forks or knives. The steak I ordered was supposed to be medium rare, but it arrived severely undercooked. On top of that, when I called the hotel, they simply told me they don’t provide cutlery.
I told them I couldn’t eat the food and asked them to take it back, but their response was: “Ask Uber Eats for a refund.” What an incredibly disappointing experience.
The food went cold, I couldn’t enjoy any of it, and the service was frustrating from start to finish. Do not order from here—you will regret it.

Conveniently located with a lot of parking. Best truffle fries and king crab legs! Rack of lamb was delicious and perfectly cooked. Steak and lobster always a favorite. Good and enjoyable experience.
