I absolutely love dining here! The service is outstanding, the food is amazing & consistently delicious. I called to check on my reservation and the hostess was extremely helpful. It feels like an elegant speakeasy vibe in the lounge!

The ribeye steak was just "OK"-- It was a little tough. The ahi tuna appetizer was very good along with the side order of brussel sprouts with the meal. Overall, one can make a better steak at home on the BBQ or smoker.

Used the $94 deal and it was an excellent value even though most of us upgraded our steaks. Definite plan to go again soon.

Family of 5: The service was exceptional—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff were genuinely friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation they gave was spot-on. As for the food—simply outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can tell there's real passion and care in the kitchen. From appetizers to dessert, each bite was a delight. It's the kind of place where you find yourself savoring every moment of the meal.

I recently celebrated my 50th birthday at Morton Steakhouse, Honolulu, and it was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel special with warm greetings, thoughtful touches, and impeccable service throughout the evening.

The food was outstanding. Every course, from appetizers to dessert, was beautifully presented and full of flavor.

I went this Sunday for Happy hour. I was deeply disappointed when I arrived that happy hour was not being honored because of Father's Day or another other official holiday or semi one. There is not posting or notice of this anywhere or on line. .

Travis the waiter just wasn't interested in us. Wjen we saw him he was very short with us. There was A hair in my food. It was my daughter's birthday.. he never brought us the check so we got up and went to the door. Not a good experience. THERES LOTS OF STEAK HOUSES IN THE AREA. CHECK OTHERS OUT.

My husband and I enjoyed the New York Prime Rib, the potato gratin and a refreshing Cabernet. Tremendous service and nice ambiance. Would absolutely go again!

I made reservations a couple weeks in advance to celebrate a birthday and gave them the spelling of the birthday guest name. We were escorted to our table the name printed in the Birthday guest card was spelled wrong. My birthday guest pointed that out to me. The hostess did correct with a new birthday card and apologized right away. Right after we received our food the manager came over to ask how everything was going. At that point okay I didn’t make a big deal over the spelling we got our food and I ordered a cocktail and my guest had her drink. After that it all went down hill . My guest and I were never offered another drink . I sat with an empty cocktail glass she sat with her watered down melted ice drink. I didn’t want to embarrass my guest it was her birthday and she said don’t . So I asked for the dessert menu to move on . They did bring her a nice birthday dessert. I usually have a coffee drink with a dessert. We were never offered any drinks with our dessert neither. I was embarrassed trying to empress my birthday guest and couldn’t even spend money in the place because our waiter rather not do the work.
I been here many times in the past with no issues. It’s all about what waiter you get. Have the manager ask you how everything went at the end of the dinner not at the beginning. Good luck!

Our reservation included personalized menus marking the occasion, and the staff made us feel truly special from the moment we arrived. Our waiter expertly guided us through the steak options, leading us to choose the Wagyu and mashed potatoes—absolutely delicious. After our meal, the manager personally congratulated us and offered a complimentary dessert, engaging us in warm conversation. As a parting gift, we received a professionally taken photo of us from before dinner, which now holds a cherished place in our home. Thank you, Morton’s, for an exceptional experience!

Our waitress , Theresa was wonderful - not to mention the rest of the wait staff. It was so enjoyable, and the food was awesome!
