It's a restaurant and bar located in Ala Moana Center. It's a little difficult to find as it takes a special elevator from the second floor, but there is a parking lot and easy access. It's open in the evening, so it's not crowded in the early hours, but it's so popular that it's nearly full for dinner after 6pm. All of the meals are delicious, but I especially recommend the dessert sundae and hot chocolate cake. The service is attentive, and no matter how many times I return, I am always satisfied. This restaurant is located in Ala Moana, but reservations are required, and you must be careful as Japanese is not spoken at all.

We did the power hour in the bar area after work. The chips were amazing, the sliders were great, and the bao buns were just ok.

Excellent venue. You won't be disappointed. If you have a small budget rethink going. If you are ready to spend and enjoy, you won't be disappointed! Food service and overall experience is great.

Just there to have dinner. Our server Nicole was great. She was very friendly and attentive. Other than being seated across from a room with a large gathering our dining experience was great.....AGAIN!!! ???? Highly recommend Morton's.

The pork chop was unexpectedly juicy and delicious for well done. Oysters on 1/2 shell were kind of small, compare with my previous visit, but the flavor of the sauces was excellent. The waiter, Chase, was professional and attentive. Time well spent.

Exceptionally attentive staff catered to us on a very special level and offered us outstanding selections in every category.

The scallops wrapped in bacon were a pleasant surprise! The lamb chops were specifically tasty, and the miso bass was delicious. The only thing that I didn't care for is how they replaced the cutting knives...rather than place them in the correct position, they placed them at the center of the table...not quite up-scale dinning.

We had a lovely evening and everything was delicious and cooked to each of our desires. Kitchen got backed up a bit, but our waiter kept us informed. They also gave us a couple comp dishes for the inconvenience. Mike, our waiter, was great! Dishes are a bit pricy, but quality top notch! The only issue we had was the temperature of the room was so cold. I wished I had brought a sweater or shawl.

We decided to celebrate our son's birthday at Morton's since we had gift cards to use. Did not like the noise level and how it was dim (typical for a steakhouse). The oysters rockefeller were expensive for 4 small oysters that were well done in my opinion. The steaks were the highlight and they came out cooked correctly. The side scallops were overcooked and not enjoyable. The complimentary birthday cheesecake was good. The molten lava cake was a little dry. Kudos to our server Nick who did a great job tending to our requests.

Great service even when all tables were full. Busy night, but attention to detail. Tim & Eduardo are great servers. They need a raise in pay, like % of the cost of the bill. Of course upper management would think of only the bottom line and how to increase profits year after year.

Everything on the menu is spot on as always BUT one dish that surprised me tonight was the miso seasbass dish Morton’s up the game.

I gave them 4 stars because if have a late reservation or go late you may get bullet rice and some items might not be available.I rated 4 stars for service because they are busy all the time so you don't always get the quality service you hope for. Before they would check up on you more often & the servers were more personalable, warm & fuzzy. Now it seems like they're just running around & the kitchen can't keep up so orders are rushed. My miso seabass this time around was not as soft and buttery as before. And if you get a larger filet & ask for medium rare, it doesn't seem to be as tender.I will say that they do make you feel special if you let them know in advance that you are celebrating an occasion by putting you name on the menu as rhe header ex: Happy birthday Jane! & possibly complimentary dessert. We will still continue to go back as besides Hy's, they are such a great steakhouse. And if you love French onion soup, order it. And enjoy their house fresh onion bread. I will say that if you tell them you're sharing, as a couple, they will split your salad & French soup upon serving so that you will not have to ask for extra plates/bowls. Rice is also available, at least in Hawaii. No kids menu but our daughter enjoys the ambiance and food.Reservations are a must.Parking: It's located ocean side, close to Neiman Marcus. Parking shouldn't be a problem since it's located in Ala Moana shopping ctr.
