My friends and I went three times on our one week trip, and the owner was truly the sweetest. The donuts are delicious and the service is perfect. 100/10 experience!!

Mr.Donuts is an awesome donut shop! Great laterite's and donuts, quick and easy. Get in and get out with great service and he usually offers free coffee. The best Bear Claws and Apple Fritters I've ever had are from this spot! Thank you for the great food and experience.

Willie is absolutely amazing. I have been bringing my family here for years. His prices are good and donuts are large and delicious. He sells out fast so go early. Friendly staff as it is family owned and wonderful service. He also has a location on wahiawa but keep telling him to expand to the east side. This is located on hotel street so no parking. Bring a friend and have them wait while you run in. Call and do a phone order if it's a pickup is my recommendation.
I'm in the same boat as the other user of the Aloha Friday Deals card, BUT they just expired 2 weeks ago. HOWEVER, the owners (assumed) told me that they cancelled the association a long time ago and they don't get any money for it, but my guess is that they already got my money I paid for the cards when I purchased them. Regardless, I thought the lack of empathy for a card that they had put their name on spoke negatively to the customer experience. Knowing that it was expired, I wasn't even looking for the full value, just a few donuts for the 3 x $15 cards I had on me, but even at the end of the day towards closing the left-over donuts just wouldn't come my way. While they do have the best apple fritter around, I won't be coming here anymore just on general principle for lack of customer service.

They used to be one of my favorite downtown bakeries. Quality of pastries is ok but customer service is lacking. Not friendly with all customers. I ordered a lot more than the guy in back of me... what gives? I'll go elsewhere. Lost a tipping customer too.

The ONLY reason I miss working in downtown! Wife and I decided to Uber a dozen of the mix filled and glazed. She had never had Mr. Donut so I figured it be a good start. She wasn't disappointed. Me, I'm simple. Give me a quality glazed donut. Mr. Donut has it. I also loved coconut glazed and the cinnamon glazed. FYI Dunkin' doesn't deliver until twelve and a dozen of Mr. Donut's mixed filled and glazed cost about the same as Dunkin's mix dozen, BUT Mr. Donut's is waaaaaaay better! I give 4 stars because of the parking. Heck I don't even know where one would park, therefore, if you don't work downtown I'd recommend getting your Mr. Donuts delivered.
