Cookies way too overpriced. Great taste but still not worth being sold for over $30 for a few dozen cookies. Would not recommend or visit here for cookies or snacks again.

I got a brownie, a double chocolate cookie and then three M&m nibblers and 3 milk chocolate chip nibblers and found it to be quite expensive considering you can get endless complimentary cookie samples at the nearby Honolulu cookie company but it was tasty all the same
There was no store in the same Ala Moana Shopping Center for a while, but when I went there for the first time in a while, I was so happy to find the store that I couldn't help but cry out! Freshly made, it's soft and chewy, and the chocolate is just delicious! This is the most delicious chocolate cookie for me.

I remember Mrs Fields when it was a stall at the entrance of Daiei Kaheka (now Don Quijote) decades ago, nice to see it is still in Hawaii. Close competitor to Cookie Corner a hundred feet away.

Great cookies all the time. Great service sometimes. The one mean lady employee should no longer be working there.
I went in to try a peanut butter cookie and I wish I Had Not. I paid $3.66 for a small, bland and putty like Concoction. The " competition around the corner is just as expensive; but it Tastes like a Peanut Butter Cookie.
Seriously the worst customer service. Bought 40 small cookies for $30, and I asked if I could get 10 cookies per bag, as I was passing them out to coworkers. Lady looked at me up and down and was like "Nope, that's way too many Bags. I can only do 3 bags max." I even offered to pay for the bags, and she still kept going NOPE, way too many bags. I've never seen someone so stingy. Her overall attitude was just so rude too. Won't be going back. Super disappointed as I loved the mainland Mrs. Fields.
