The barbecue was really delicious. I was very disappointed to hear that the business was closed.

Do not order the meat jun. I ordered it and it was not crispy at all- it was soggy like they stuck in the microwave. Very disappointing. Not ordering from them again. Tried it before and it consistently fails. I wanted to give it another try but it was a total FAIL!

I had no idea that the order comes with 4 sides. Next time I will double the Mac Salad. Everything was ono and even though there was no soy in packets there was something similar but better than any soy sauce I've ever had. I was there at 2:30 which is well after their lunch rush but the fish Jun was cooked fresh and two big scoops of rice for the local touch. Aloha

Very bad . The beef is over cooked and burned out. Customer service is really horrible .
Authentic Korean BBQ, we had #3 beef plate and it was delicious.
Was excited to try this place out, solid looking Hawaiian food near my office but was sadly disappointed.Everything started off fine. Til we got to the sides, they are all stored together. You get 4 choices and if any of them involve some sort of sauce or kimchi, then it's all kimchi. What scored them the 1 star for me is after I ordered my meal I asked the woman behind the counter what she would recommend for my friends' food or my sides she says "oh I would never eat the food here" that tells me everything I need to know.
It’s G00d F00d The Barbecue Restaurant At the Bish0p Street.
Accommodating, local, Korean BBQ place; can pick your own side items, which are packaged separately from main food box
Delicious food and sides. Fried chicken wings...YUM!

I’ve been eating at this Korean take out spot for years. Located in Bishop Square, they serve all the classics you’d expect from a Korean restaurant. They also have breakfast bentos in the morning which are cheap and satisfying.
The food here is good, and I've been coming here for many years. Today, I had the worse experience. I made a phone order and went yo pick up my order. The young lady, who almost always takes the orders and is the cashier, understands and speaks english. She is fast, friendly, and efficient. She took my phone order today, but must have stepped out when I went to pick up my order. Three older workers, who couldnt understand me, yelled and tried yo charge me an extra $1.25 for extra rice when i didnt order it. I tried to explain that to them in plain english, but all three started yelling and insisted i ordered it. Luckily, the younger lady came back and knew exactly what i ordered. All the older workers walked away, one angrily gave me my order, and never apologized. I wont patronize them for awhile and will be sure to share my experience with others.

Food is good here. This is one of my go to places in Downtown for lunch. They also sell bentos if you are looking for something quick.
Breakfast bentos are now $2.75, but still a great deal! Go eat!
