The blonde employee was so racist. I ordered ahead by clover and was trying to ask if my order was out yet, and she called Jennifer, which was my name. Another customer who also ordered by the name Jennifer came and asked me are you jennifer too? In a kindly manner, of course she was a customer. Then the blonde lady said No. in front of my face and turned around. It was such a rude behavior to say something just because I am asian, not asking me anything. I was so annoyed and talked with the other Jennifer that it was so rude but the employee didn't say a thing. Terrible experience. Would never visit again.

The service is very unfriendly, especially towards people who don't speak English well.

The bowl and the banana toast are very good! To drink chai (very delicious), we didn't like the ice matcha that much. But overall good!

Ordered food for takeout…one item being the breakfast sandwich which was supposed to have Canadian bacon. Once we got back to the hotel we realized that it was just turkey cold cuts. I also specifically asked about how they cook their eggs to make sure they weren’t done over easy and was told it would be scrambled - but, again, realized this wasn’t the case they were done over easy. Wouldn’t have been a huge deal normally I guess…but I’m 6 months pregnant and am not supposed to be eating either of these. So I essentially bought a sandwich I couldn’t eat.

After having a beer at Yard House, I had an acai bowl at this shop in the same mall. (I was checking it out when I heard it was selected as Best Acai in 2023!)

The acai was very smooth and had a nice texture, and although it was light, the honey was rich and filling and delicious! There was a plaza with a nice atmosphere in front of the store, so I ate it outside.

I want to eat it as a dessert, so I'm really grateful that it comes in S size. (If you go to a restaurant that only has extra-large sizes, you'll be full, and you'll definitely get tired of it halfway through...) It's easy to access, so I think I'll come back to eat there again!

In Hawaii for the first time in 6 years after the coronavirus,
Research the store you want to visit
This store was also on my list of places I wanted to visit.
When I actually visited, I was very disappointed.

The blonde woman I met when I entered the store ignored me.
I asked the woman at the back of the store to work the cash register.
The attitude of those two people was very bad.
My friend and I, who came from Japan for sightseeing, were treated with derogatory comments and actions right in front of us.
You might think it's not getting through to us, but it is.

I probably won't go to this restaurant even if I go to Hawaii in the future.
It was a shame.

Absolutely amazing food and açaí bowls, we actually came back for more. Don’t miss out on the sandwiches, very nice staff, you can modify practically any dish so points for that. Everything tasted fresh and amazing.

I love this place! Food are very healthy and delicious at the same time. The açai bowl is a bit expensive regarding the amount though. Anyways I recommend this place! Worth visiting.

Açaí bowls just hit different in Hawaii. We got one every morning for a week in Oahu at different cafes - Nalu was our favorite. Bowls are super fresh, was not overly drenched with honey, and good fruit ratios. Conveniently located right on the main Waikiki strip.

It's a refreshing acai compared to others.
I felt that the amount of granola was quite large.
You can choose the size as s.m.l.
s seems quite small. There is a cup in front of the cash register, so please take a look.

A restaurant with a nice atmosphere along Waikiki Beach Walk. The acai bowl and pollen topping are interesting.

I compared the acai from various stores, but this one was the most delicious!
This one doesn't have the sour taste of acai, so the taste is easy to get used to.

There are also various cute canned juices.
Recommended!

The THREE girls behind the counter were talking so long they didn’t notice me and another guy waiting to order. kind of gross behavior.
