Absolutely exceptional. Food was interesting and delicious. You can really tell that the chef has spent time thinking through the various flavors and textures of each dish. Would highly recommend to anyone in Honolulu!
Waited outside even though we had a reservation. Dinner menu has a very odd selection, unnecessary complex, “wanna-be-upmarket’. Food is very mediocre. But we had a great waiter nevertheless! He was attentive and professional. Definitely won’t come back:(

Our favorite dishes were the oysters, tomato tofu, the spicy tuna roll, aji tartare, green beans.
We did not have anything deep fried or the meat but would have like to!
I would have like to have seen the server suggest some dishes that go well together. While I liked the orders as you go encouragement, I feel like we made some missteps with the items we chose...
