Nana Musubi serves up fresh, filling, and flavorful onigiri with unique options like Wasabi Pork and Garlic Shrimp. The rice is cooked perfectly, and the portion sizes are satisfying without feeling heavy—even after eating three.
The only downside? The filling-to-rice ratio could be better. A bit more balance, and it’d be a 10/10.
Still, I strongly recommend it and will definitely be going back for more!

It's located inside the Asian restaurant arcade and appears to be run by an old Japanese couple. I ate it when I was craving rice, and although I wouldn't say it was super delicious, it was cute.

More of Onigiri rather than Musubi. The rice is really good! I'm not even talking about the toppings, just the rice itself is so high quality.

After eating a lot of American food in Hawaii, when I got tired of it, I started missing Japanese rice.
At times like these, we come to the rice ball shop Nanamusubi, which uses Japanese rice. There are three types of rice: white rice, brown rice, and grain rice. The classic rice ball ingredients are lined up in a row, and the seaweed is sold separately. The pork soup is also delicious, so if you are staying in Hawaii for a long time, try the Japanese rice balls to comfort yourself.

Ordered Spam Musubi. The rice was soft. It would be better if the spam was bigger and there was more savoury.

High quality, delicious comfort food to go! I went here four times in a week. The sticky rice is just perfect with a nice balance of tasty filling. The black rice with spicy pickled greens is my favorite. My kids like the tuna mayo and spam.

The onigiri was so fire that I went back again after eating mine to get more. The tuna mayo and mentaiko are delicious. They’re so friendly too and made me one on the spot cause they ran out.

Amazing musubi! Will come here every night for dinner.
I got the Salmon + Roe and Mentaiko Musabi with nori wraps and a side of Pork Miso soup. It is the best thing I’ve eaten so far on the trip besides the Halekulani Coconut cake.
I liked the Salmon and Row Musabi slightly better than the Mentaiko Mayo but would order both again.
100% recommend
