Food is excellent, but parking is horrendous! Not much space in the lot & it fills up quickly...
There is VERY LIMITED street parking, but the residents in the Neighborhood are pretty much over it with the illegal parking in the area! Not their faults at all... There are cones, rocks, no pkg signs & other means to block the small areas in front of their homes from excessive cars.
Too bad for the pkg, cause this place is GREAT! 3 stars cause of the parking 😞
Staff and food... awesome!
Great food
Aloha: as always food was amazing. Went for a high school graduation party and like always the food is excellent, service is impeccable and place is clean. Love the old school, take off foot ware before entering dining area. Reminds me of home.
Ono food and hospitality.
Delicious food. Outstanding service. Nice scenery. We had buffet dinner option #B with one substitution. For our group of 34 people, out of our three dinners for three nights, Natsunoya Tea House was enjoyed by everyone the most.
A day later, some people from our group went back for another unplanned dinner because they enjoyed the food so much.
Good Experience
Invited to a birthday party on the first floor.

This was my 1st time at this very old establishment on O'ahu. It was wonderful to finally experience it. Reservations us required in advance. Valet parking.
Good food, friendly staff, private rooms only.
Fantastic place for a family gathering,or professional clubs.
Last time I was here was before the fire and the remodel, and I'm happy to say that they still have the same old-timey, family feel they've always had. Love coming here for special occasions!!
We celebrated my mom’s 90th birthday and the food was amazing. The Nigo room on the second floor is beautiful with windows facing the ocean. The room holds 50 people and has an intimate feel. The only con is that there isn’t an elevator; you’ll need to lug items upstairs and may be difficult for the elderly. There is a bathroom upstairs. The mauka side AC was broken so it was hot until the sun went down.
Good sushi omakase, reasonable price, BYOB! We will definitely go back when we visit Oahu again
Access is great for elderly and handicap. Great job rebuilding after the fire. You cannot tell the difference. Food yummy and a lot on buffet selection.
