Outstanding experience during our trip to Hawaii.They offer a full plant-based/vegan meal which was very tasty. Even my partner who sometimes eats meat/seafood didn‘t miss anything. Interesting natural wines. The service was also friendly and attentive. They took care of my special diet requirements.We had a great stay, this restaurant definitely stood out during our three weeks in Hawaii.Remark: Google‘s description „modern French cuisine“ is a bit misleading, it is a fine-dining restaurant but it rather serves Hawaiian-inspired, partly local fusion cuisine.Vegetarian options: They offer one full vegan set menu.Dietary restrictions: I had the request to leave our seaweed/high iodine food which was met.

Wish I read the review about small portions and overpriced before going. Was given a pre-planned menu with 2 options: vegan option or non vegan for 7 course meal (one course is small tart). It was $120 per person minimum. Went here for bday 3/22/24. Staff was kind and prepared a bday dessert. To me, the price wasn’t worth it especially given there was a hair in my food. If you have lots of money to spend, it was cool for experience of local and very different foods. But we left still hungry and over $300 poorer.Dietary restrictions: They have vegan option.

We had Vegetarian tasting menu. We were seated in one small room away from main lively bar and dining area.Tasting menu involved total six spoons food. Thats it. Food is quite unique but not worth $100 per person. You will end up eating outside to complete the meal.

Love the tasting menu here. Staff is super friendly and the bartender with the orange on his apron makes amazing cocktails. Absolutely recommend this to anyone for a date night or just an adventurous dinner with friends.

Amazing service from Hoku and Rose. They made our anniversary very special! The food here is so flavorful and so unique. It is the first place I have been to that incorporates invasive species as a part of being sustainable. Very interesting!

We came here for my birthday dinner and the food and service was top notch. I am vegan however my partner is not so the option of having a fully plant based tasting menu in conjunction with a non plant based menu worked great for us. We sat at the chefs table which was super fun as we were also able to ask the culinary team questions about what they were making. Shelby was our server and she had such great energy and gave us recommendations for our visit to Maui. 10/10 would recommend NatuRe. We didn't get a chance to visit their sister restaurant Tane but will add it to the list for our next visit!Mahalo!Vegetarian options: So many vegan options!!

Food is tasty and well represented. We enjoyed the cold appetizer- chicken liver, entree-mushroom Lau Lau pithivier and venison bolognese rigatoni, and dessert- purple potato mont blanc. Although the shrimp texture in dish “shrimp a la plancha” is not fresh enough, it won't shadow the overall experience. Will definitely come back to try the new menu :-)!

This place was beautiful and the plates looked very aesthetically pleasing. The waiters and waitresses were very professional and very polite. But the food was just not good. I got the plant based menu and my boyfriend got the regular menu and we were both dissatisfied. I only liked 3 meals out of 6. My boyfriend also only liked two of his. I love fine dining but the food was just not worth it. We've been to other fine dining restaurants and enjoyed them but this one just didn't taste very well at all.

Everything was perfect! Shelby, our sever was fabulous, knowledgeable, patient and fun! The chef, who was having a birthday, was so smart and engaging, she was great! We had such a great time and the food was so good we made our next reservation before we left!

The tasting menu creates a great Hawaiian dining treat. Truly outstanding preparations, with some special creativity. Wine pairings also excellent and diverse Great staff. Probably best chef on the island

Awesome I sat at the bar did not participate in the tasting menu I had the meat special with salad and a chocolate Manhatten!

We ate here twice during our stay and each time was great. Impeccable service both times. The bartender makes the best cocktails, must try Dealers Choice! A selection of vegan and non vegan dishes. All delicious. Try the heart of palm and if it's on the menu, try a fresh pasta. Oysters are good too. Everything is delicious! Cannot recommend enough.

This restaurant has so much work to do to meet its potential. Our party of 5 arrived for our 6pm birthday dinner reservation and were kind of half seated by the hostess; she pointed us to our table. Our assigned server brought us water and gave us a moment with the menus. A few minutes later another server brought us a plate of bread and butter. We thanked them and began snacking...it was delicious. A few minutes later another server brought us our their fish special; we told them we had not ordered. They realized it was for the table for two beside us. A couple of minutes later the vegan entree was brought to our table; we told them we had not order that. They realized it was for the table for two beside us. We joked with the table beside us about it and they mentioned they had ordered but not received bread. That is when we all realized the bread was an appetizer order and they had given us their order. After a few more minutes of confusion our assigned server finally returned to take our order. Neither table received an apology or explanation. We ordered drinks and a few appetizers for the table and our server started to go place the order but we stopped her to ask what the ranch and fish entrees were. She told us neither was available; they had sold out of both and the only available entree option was the vegan entree. At this point we are a bit upset. The hostess did not mention any sold out limitations to us, our server did not mention it when she came to our table either time. It took us to ask about them. Had we known there were only appetizers and vegan options upon arrival or sitting we probably would have left and found another restaurant. We decided to eat and drink what we had ordered. When those arrived the prawn/shrimp appetizer was over cooked to the the point each bite was rubbery and mushy. The oysters were underwhelming and were just ‘meh'. The chicken liver mousse and vegan beignet were tasty. Overall it was a huge disappointment.
